YES dear friend, it fit with ksb3wh4.

Q: How do you use the included tool to remove the old part?

One just slides the little notched part under the rubber coupling and gently pries it up. You may have to remove the thingy and pry up on the other side as well. It really is easy and you can also call them and a live human will give you directions over the phone. The replacement just pushes down (firmly) over the little metal piece sticking up in the blender. I felt foolish after calling but the mfgr was very nice. It is still working well and I have the extra piece as a spare.
