I loved this one so much I have bought 2 of them but sadly the wheels stop working properly. It makes it very hard to push. So sadly I now need to buy a new one but will not be buying this one again. I have 2 that run great but can’t push to use what a waste. 😞

I have purchased bissell in the past but thought i would try this hoover because it was such a great price but was very disappointed. The suction on the vacuum is very poor.

We have not had this vacuum long, but can already recognize some serious pros and cons. Whether we'll return it depends on how the vacuum holds up over some time.Pros:Good looking vacuum - sleek and well designedRetractable cord - I like not having to lug around a whole bunch of cord while vacuuming a small areaEasy first time set-up (like 2 minutes)Decent pick up - We have some rugs in the house and keep it on the middle setting for carpet height. It works really well interchangeably through both regular carpet and rug height without changing the settings.HEPA filterBagless storage - great for emptying and reusingLots of accessories - there's a long extension piece, a thin-nosed piece for small areas, a duster type tool, and upholstery cleaning toolCons:Thick nose - making it hard to go under low furnitureHeavy! - not as heavy as some industrial vacuums, but surprisingly heavy for this residential modelShort cord - I wish this retractable cord could reach a little fartherKind of hot when working - I don't know if this is part of the design to clean more thoroughly or if the vacuum just runs hotUnintuitive lock for handle release - with just a few uses, I can tell this is going to be an issue. You have to really push the handle forward after using the vacuum to make sure it locks back into place and doesn't fall over.Overall, I think its a value purchase for under $100, but again, we will see how it holds up over time!
