Great for OA sufferers.
I have severe osteoarthritis in both knees. I walk with a stick which causes me hip and back pain as I am over compensating when walking due to pain. Given all of that, sleeping is a nightmare with hips, back and knees hurting! This pillow is a godsend. It supports my knees and helps my hips aline properly. It is firm enough to support but not so hard that it's uncomfortable. It's so much easier to get comfortable and in a good sleeping position where the pain is minimized. One very happy arthritis warrior!

Huge!
I suffer from back ache and neck ache so i thought I'd try this pregnancy pillow even though I'm a non pregnant male. I'm six foot one and when my head rests on the centre both side arms reach down to my hips. So as i said this pillow is enormous. Well padded but also easily manipulated so able to sleep in many different comfortable positions. I have now done away with the standard pillows. Great value for money and quick delivery. One of my better buys.

A great support pillow for the money - it’d be even better if it came with a pillow case
I’ve looked at a lot of these pillows, on Amazon and on other sites - not for pregnancy or nursing - but for comfort and support, and I decided to go for this one as it was good value for money - compared to other options - and if I didn’t get on with it, it wasn’t too much money wasted. I’ve used it for 3 nights now and love it! I’m a restless sleeper, with shoulder and hip aches - but I really feel supported with this product and find I’m not getting myself tangled in the duvet due to twisting and turning all night. I’d have given it 5 stars, but it doesn’t come with a pillow case, hence the 4 stars.

Material scratches
Comfortable pillow, but I couldn’t use it because the material scratches the skin. I gave it to my granddaughter.

Great for arthritis.
For it's very reasonable price it is a sturdy and comfortable U pillow. I have severe osteoarthritis in most of my joints and having several pillows all around the bed wasn't practical. This pillow not only supports my back but it does away with the need for a pillow between my knees and ankles. It cocoons you for a comfortable nights sleep. It's also great for support when reading in bed.
