Perfect for the dancers
The best I've tried so far , many of my dance friends asked for the link because these kneepads fit well, stay in place and don't make too much compression under the knee

Keep on dancing
My 11 year old daughter was complaining of her knees hurting when she would leave dance lessons. She asked for knee pads. Found these and they work perfectly. She loves them!

Pole Fitness
Bought these for my pole fitness class. These were super comfortable, did not slide off, easy to bend and work with, and were not bulky behind the knee - which has been an issue with other knee pads I have purchased. I also used these for a student showcase and was super pleased with how well they worked.

If you order the wrong size/ or doesnt fit and need to return they will charge you almost half the price of the actual item to return. Also item runs small.
