Poor Packaging and Product
The product was delivered in a damaged packing soaked in some sticky oil. Running short on time I didn't return the item hoping the content ie the sheets inside would be fine. I had to discard the damaged and oil soaked sticky original packing. On opening the package to my dismay I found bond sheets were greenish in colour!! Seemed to be a fake product.

Received 70 gsm instead of 80 gsm, exchanged by amazon and provided bilt matrix 80 gsm instead of JK
I bought JK Ledger 80 gsm legal size paper, but 70 gsm was delivered instead of 80 gsm , I made request for ti change the product and then after a week I received 80 gsm legal size paper but that was not JK, that was built matrix, and quality of paper was good and that was as per requirement.Overall service is good.
