Do size 14 shoes fit in the cabinet?

Probably not. I mean, you could put them in sideways and they’ll fit, but that will take up more space, so fewer pairs of shoes will fit.

Can this fit a shoe that is 12" long? Can sneakers fit inside or only flats?

My shoes size is 12 extra wide. I have to force my sneakers a little but I do get them in.

Can I buy only the top cushion?

Don't think so. I haven't seen it offer.

What are the dimensions of the shoe shelves, trying to determine what kind of shoes it can hold?

I’m not sure of the dimensions but I take a size 12 extra wide shoe and am able to fit in my runners. I do have to force them in a little to make sure the door closes.
