Within less than four days of taking this supplement I'm already experiencing the benefits of what this herb can do for me. I originally purchased this supplement to cut down on my urgency to urinate, (kind of embarrassing) but now I'm experiencing something I wasn't expecting, I don't have those hunger pangs associated with breakfast or dinner. I have a regimen of cycling anywhere from 20 to 30 miles 3 to 4 times a week, I weight train and do an occasional run of 2 to 3 miles 2 times a week. With all that exercise you would think I would want to eat more to make up for the calories I'm burning, but this doesn't seem to be the case. I just don't have the urge to eat! This is resulting in lower portions of when I do eat and I'm looking forward to eventually dropping some weight.As far my urgency to urinate, I have noticed a slight decrease in the sudden urgency to run to the bathroom everytime I turn around, and yes I hydrate on a regular basis, so something must be working right...it's gotta be the Saw Palmetto!I'm 62 and looking forward to enjoying the benefits of this wonder pill for years to come. We're all wired differently and some individuals might not experience the benefits I'm experiencing right now, but with the high cost of getting in to see a doctor so he can prescribe a drug to get me to stop peeing so much, this is a great alternative! I'm a female and I've been taking this for skin and hair and I've noticed so my hair is thicker, fuller and my skin looks and feels amazing.

The new pills are much smaller than the old ones. It's possible that the new pills still have the amount of saw palmetto as the label says, but based on the weight they would have to have absolutely no other ingredients (even though brown rice fiber is listed on the ingredient list).

Hi.I have ordered this product many times in the past and the capsules have always looked the same. However, in my last order the capsules are much smaller and whiter in color. Has anyone else noticed this?

A bit pricier than some of their competitors, and I keep trying different brands hoping to find one that works well. For me, this one will be what I use from now on. I now sleep nearly all through the night without a need to find the bathroom, although it has taken just about 1 whole bottle to experience the difference. I am now on bottle 2 and will order more soon so that I do not run out.
