My 5 year old loves this toothbrush. I love the concept too. However, when my son first used it, he accidentally twisted the brush head and inside was the metal piece that rotates the brush. It looks extremely dangerous and can potentially cause a serious accident. Because of this, instead of him being able to brush his teeth independently, I watch his like a hawk.

ProsThe concept is neat. The looks of the toothbrush kept my child child engaged. My child liked having a "buzz" tooth brush like mom and dad. The sand timer helped for adequate brushing.ConsThe toothbrush was loud, and took some time to get used to. The brush head is not water tight, unlike adult name brand toothbrushes. In a relatively short time period, the inside on the brush head and the brush body both had mold buildup. Even after cleaning the brush and using a new head, the same thing occurred. I would not recommend this.

So cute for $20. My son is 4 and he loves this toothbrush. He also likes that he can keep track of his daily brushes with the chart. One thing to recommend, I put the chart in a document protector so I can use it more than once with a dry erase marker. No need in printing so many copies. Other than that , great buy!

I had high hopes after such great reviews, but the button to turn the toothbrush on was so hard for my 6 year old daughter to push! Not kid (or even grown up) friendly for an item that has 1 button/function. The giraffe cover was a poor product design afterthought. As one reviewer said, because the head doesn't snap on very tight, stuff starts to accumulate inside (disgusting) and at the base of the attachment. Keep looking. Only positive: the little hourglass to help timing.

5 year warranty! That was amazing. I had not read that on the reviews until we get the package and it is right on the box. Of course you have to register the product, but I think that is a big selling point. At first I did think buying a $20 electric toothbrush was a bit much, but the reviews about the kid's actually being excited about using it was convincing. Then with the added warranty made it even a better purchase. I would recommend. The brush vibrates and rotates! We just help the kid's out because we want it to be effective. The cup is nice for small hands and the timer also helps.

Bought this for my three year old. He absolutely loves it. The attached toothbrush timer is awesome to make sure we are spending enough time and also to end tooth brushing time when he gets too silly/carried away. After a couple months we had issues with it not working contacted customer service and talked to a real human - NO PHONE TREE!! Hannah was extraordinarily helpful and the customer service was some of the best I have experienced. They confirmed this issue appears to be a one off but would send the info to the appropriate team for tracking and sent out a replacement. Great experience. If this same issue happened with a big brand you could try calling but won’t easily get through to a person when or if you do they are too big to really care about your single toothbrush issue. I would give Brusheez 10 ⭐️ if I could for the customer service and backing of their product alone. Add in the fact that the tooth brush is cute and makes my little want to brush his teeth and 5 stars just is t enough!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Snappy was one of my three year old son's Christmas presents, and he has been a huge hit in our house. This was my son's first electronic toothbrush, and I was afraid the noise might scare him, but that has not been the case at all. He absolutely adores him. My son calls him a 'dinosaur' and gets so excited when he takes the cap off and puts it back on. He always yells "now he's a dinosaur," and "now he's a toothbrush." It's super cute. He always flips the sand timer himself, and the on and off buttons are easily pushed by him also. I feel great knowing that his teeth are getting cleaner than they did with his old manual brush. And the entire set is just super adorable. He also loves the rinse cup, and can't wait to use the spare "purple brush". My son's bedtime routine always starts with brushing his teeth, and Snappy had made our bedtime routine much quicker and less drawn out since my son is always so excited to run and get snappy.

Living in Florida you learn a few things quickly. Always have sunscreen, keep a bottle of water with you, Disney is expensive, and alligators do not brush their own teeth, as an owner you have to do that yourself, who knew? When I first moved to Florida from Buffalo in 2004 I had no idea how different it was down here. I also had no idea that when you arrived that you had to take care of one of three animals, an elephant, and giraffe, or an alligator. Well, remembering that touching movie from when I was a kid in the 80s about a guy in NYC who throws his pet gator down the toilet when it gets too big and it starts coming up through the sewer system and eating people in their own apartments I knew the choice was clear and I picked a nice fluffy, cuddly, 350 pound alligator named Spot (they named him after the cancer spot on his head. Apparently gators don't put their own sunscreen on either). After feeding him a steady diet of homeless people and my in-laws I noticed his teeth were getting loose while we were playing fetch (he never likes to let go of the ball, silly little guy!) and when I finally got my arm out of his grasp I had a few teeth stuck in it. So, I popped Spot into my Mini Cooper it was off to the dentist. He told me that Spot's little chompers were falling out due to bad dental habits. I had no idea what he meant...I mean, I gave Spot a milkbone after every meal, but, apparently those only help dogs (whom he also ate). So, I jumped onto Amazon and searched "Alligator toothbrush" and bam, two days later I'm brushing little pieces of neighbors out of his teeth and he's much happier although I have yet to find any Alligator toothpaste, get on it, Amazon!!

Great toothbrush. My 4 year old can use it with ease. Nice that it comes with a replacement brush too. He also loves using the little rinsing cup. We have had it 2 months now with no issues at all. Great first electric toothbrush set!

This is great!!! However.. I don't know why we need to have the extra brush as part of the set sitting out all the time..... especially since the regular brush to be seen is covered by the giraffe head I imagine to keep it clean.

This is great. My son loves it! Easy to assemble. One caution though. Be careful putting the toothbrush head onto the handle. The part that locks it into place snaps really easily. It is still useable it just takes a little care..... something little boys aren't always full of.

It is an amazig tooth brush my son is very happy with it ,he loves clean his teeth every night,the design is so cute ...its more better than the manuel brush..

I received the Snappy the Croc Electric Toothbrush Set and my 2.5 year old son is very happy! I normally have trouble getting him to brush his teeth and to brush for longer than a few seconds, but he is incredibly motivated now to brush his teeth with Snappy.

I ordered a toothbrush for my son on March 11th and it’s already broken I tried switching the toothbrush heads and now neither one of them will go on.
