Product description Skins Fingerless Half Hand Gloves are light and functional. You will love them for their bare skin comfort. Note: These gloves do no have any palm padding, they are suitable for WOD and training. If you are looking for weight lifting gloves with padded palms check out our other listings - Zed Gloves, Rue Gloves or Scarr Gloves. The usual glove padding has been removed to aid in a closer, stronger feel on the bar, but we've left the material that would exist either side of the padding to move with your palm which helps reduce friction on your hand so you can do more when working out. You'll feel the bar and still have a natural grip without the friction. Light and easy to wear, you'll forget you're wearing them until it's time for them to work with you. And, that's when the magic happens!! - Sizes range from X-SMALL to X-Large. Please check our sizing chart pictured above to get the right fit for your hands. CARE INSTRUCTIONS These gloves can be hand washed. Use a mild soap to lather them up and rinse thoroughly in cold water. Lay the gloves on a towel and use another towel to pad them down to remove as much water without ringing the gloves. Leave to air dry by either laying them flat or hanging them up. DO NOT leave in direct sunlight or tumble dry the gloves. Wash as often as you want. Allow to fully dry before use. Take the Steel Sweat challenge TODAY! Good gloves
I get very hot in the gym, so the most minimalistic gloves possible were important to me. These gloves fit that criteria perfectly, I don't overheat in these and they do offer me better grip, and as a extra plus, they have greatly reduced the calluses on my hands. One thing to note is that the material on the palms of the hands is quite stiff initially and has to be broken in, but does end up being quite soft.Another thing is that is does tend to bunch up by the bottom of the palm when pressing, (dumbells in particular) this can create a ridge that, because of the dumbells, dig painfully into the palms. The real benefit comes from the pulling exercises, as the material creates more friction and the result is a bit better grip. Also, no more torn calluses!

Not worth it if they can't last a 10 minute kettlebell workout...
I get up early every morning and do kettlebell workouts before breakfast for a minimum of 40 minutes. I use a few YouTube videos I like that vary from 10 to 25 minutes and do different ones each day until I reach my 40 minute quota. Of course you get calluses and filing them down can only get you so far (I learned that the skin in those spots gets thinner and until they thicken up again, I can't hold anything like a cup of tea in both hands without flinching), so I thought about trying a pair of gloves as since I've moved to a heavier bell, the pain made it hard to stay focused.I have a pair of gloves already, but they are too padded to give me a solid grip. So I looked around and saw these gym gloves and thought that they would be good for what I needed them for. How wrong I was... I expected them to be made of a firmer material than what they are (most of it is that faux leather like TPU material with a thin fabric backing). I understand that the reason the gloves are so thin is because they're not meant to sacrifice your grip and feeling of the bar/handle, but after just 10 minutes, it already had a small split on the left glove!I was NOT impressed. What's more is that the material starts to slide around and get even softer when your body temperature increases and you start to sweat, that I just didn't trust them. I had to make sure to keep pulling on them to make sure they stayed on my hands (my hands measured 7.5" across so the Small was the right size for me)! If the material was just a bit thicker and/stiffer (plus have maybe a couple of straps going down to a wristband if they don't want a full on palm), it might alleviate the issues I had. But they went straight back I'm afraid. Maybe I was supposed to use them with chalk or something?

Thin, great grip, fits well.
These are the best weightlifting gloves I have had. They are very thin, yet appear string with very high friction. Saves the callouses, chalk, chalk powder mess. Highly recommended.

Great buy
Exactly what I needed for HIIT class, comfortable durable and don’t move around. They are quite thin and the little tabs are perfect for fitting or removing. Great buy.

Great gloves for deadlifts
These gloves allow you to feel the grip of the bar but are just thick enough to protect from callouses. Look great too.
