Apple Mid 2019 MacBook Pro with 2.4 GHz Intel Core i5, 13.3-inch, 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD - Space Gray (Renewed)

I think I have had this computer for almost a month and I love it! I ordered one last year from a different company and it was terrible. The battery life just wouldn't stay alive for longer than 5 hours. However this one I love. For reference I go to school for 8 hours and when I get home it's at 40%, for a refurbished computer this is great. It had one dent on the side but it was very tiny you can't really see it. The only other thing I can think of is when I got my order the charger didn't work but I reached out to the company and the sent one right away and I got it the next day. I'm in love with my MacBook Pro and Im so glad this one worked out so far! The screen works amazing too! I've had no problems with it yet! If you're worried about the fanning of the computer; mines never had that problem :) Also I have a tip: if your computer is dying to quick, put it in low battery mode for the whole day, trust me it works! I would totally suggest buying this computer, it's worth every penny!!

I got this as a replacement for the my old MacBook Air that I used for work. It came and was in good condition. It did have a mark on the screen that I don't think should've been there but it's mostly not noticeable when the screen is turned on. The battery life isn't bad and the battery only had about 70 charge cycles on it so it lasts for most of the day and some days I can get away without charging it. My job can be hazardous at times so I didn't want to spend the money to get a brand new computer but I also wanted a computer that worked well and could process all the programs that I needed to run. This computer runs well and I haven't had any problems with it. I would and have recommended it. I got mine from tech4less

I bought a MacBook Pro August 12th. Upon arrival I was pretty disappointed of the horrible esthetic conditions. Dents, scratches but most of all the letters/keyboard where all mismatched. At closer look I realized that some of the letters/buttons had been replaced or covered by stickers. By September 7th I contacted the seller because the letters on the computer were interim not working, especially the letter N stoped working all together! Also the computer was overheating immediately. The seller took 4 days to reply but then accepted my warranty and asked if instead of a refund I would accept a Replacement and they would extend the warranty to 1 Year. I did accept the Replacement with 1 year warranty and on September 16th they shipped me a new one. When the replacement Mac Book Pro arrived I was surprised of the dirty conditions it arrived in, literally had food residue in between the key boards. The computer did not have major cosmetic issues and seem to work well. Yes it overheats some but that is not unusual for an older laptop. On October 7th I contacted the Seller because the lap top was no longer charging. On October 9th I got a reply saying they were terribly sorry about the issues and I could return it for a full refund....strange they did not mention an exchange!! Additionally mentioning that no refund/exchange would happen until the device was cleared. At this point i could not clear my computer because it had totally run out of power and I felt uncomfortable to send it to them when all my private info is in the laptop!! I then decided to go to Apple for an assessment/ diagnostic test. Apple was able to turn the computer back on a and assessed that 3 out of the 4 charging ports had failed and to fix the problem it would cost $126.28 I did not have the repair done at Apple yet because I wanted to ask the seller to cover the cost of the repair. The seller does not want to cover the cost, the seller wants to VOID my Warranty completely because I went to APPLE !! Just clarifying that I went to APPLE to have a Diagnostic/Quote, not repair (yet) I requested to escalate the situation with the head of service from the seller and Amazon. THE SELLER HAS STOPPED REPLYING TO MY MESSAGES... Beware of this seller.

I’m happy with my new laptop even though it’s not brand new it feels like new, fast speed , so easy to use and the battery life is great at the moment I keep my screen dim when I’m using it without a charger and the condition it came was great little nicks here and their but overall I’m satisfied with my purchase will definitely buy again!

The real tea from a nursing see tea from a nursing student ! I purchased this right before school started in the beginning of August 2024 it is now October 23rd 2024 I decided to wait to give an honest review i got the good condition not even excellent conditionmy laptop had one dent in the back other then that everything worked as new I put a case on it and I can no longer see it . This isn’t something you get when you need to open crazy files as a old Mac I noticed that certain files drains the battery quicker if you know what Labster is it drains my battery quickly so whenever I do Labsters I charge my laptop up to 100 also on large files like these it won’t charge. If you have this laptop and it won’t charge just let it cool down restart it and close/ delete files and it will go back to normal also completely throw away safari when I watched YouTube on safari the videos were buffering as if it was an internal glitch but once I downloaded google chrome everything worked just fine no glitches or anything! I had no problems updating it to the modern Mac (Mac sanoma os) on a normal day when I open normal files like canvas, YouTube , Netflix , instagram , Microsoft I would say my battery last the whole school day (4-5 hours) and it charges pretty fast also the charger they sent was really long and it stills work to this day I even use it to charge my iPad although it’s not perfect I work around it I would say if you know you have huge files to download or your gonna use apps like Labster it’s a battery drainer but it’s still possible to use this apps if you keep ur battery high while using you have to remember this is a 5-6 year old computer !

I received this 1 day early. I plugged it to charge it. The screen went blank, and I could not figure out why it did that. The keyboard were lit, so it had power. I saw an online tutorial: I accidently turned the brightness to 0. Easily fixed. It works as advertised. I could not see any imperfections or damage of any kind. It is a very good value. The only negative (not a deal-breaker) the power charging brick is an off-brand unit. It still does the job, but for the money I saved off of a new MacBook Pro, I cannot complain to loudly about it.

Minor bruises, dents on the sides and stains on the inside, as expected from a used and refurbished item. It works well, the battery seems to require service, and the charger e generic one was not working, I had to open the up the hole where you plug the usb c cable with a dremmel. It works though.

Horrible can’t use it without crashing out. The keyboard is broken and selects things when I don’t want it to I have to keep clicking to make it stop, the screen glitches and has burn in and it makes this weird clicking or shuffling sound on its own. Won’t let me submit a video of the broken keyboard tho. Can’t get a refund or replacement cause its way too late so I understand but this laptop is honestly unusable
