Google GA00485 USB-C Wired Digital Earbud Headset for Pixel Phones - White (Renewed)

I have been looking for another pair of these since I lost the pair that came with my pixel 3. Every other pair I saw was nearly $40 and I didn't want to pay that much, but then I found this pair for half that much and had to grab them. I really like the way they fit is great. And they have really good sound too.

This pair of headphones/earbuds works great with my Pixel 4 XL. Sounds good, has good/clear call quality and does an OK job at blocking out external noises. In short, it does what I ask of a spare pair of OEM earbuds and is great to have on hand.

These earphones are so comfortable to wear. I could wear them for hours, and my ears still felt good.

This set of earbuds was labeled as refurbished ('renewed'). Google GA00485 USB-C Wired Digital Earbud Headset for Pixel Phones - White (Renewed). Everything looked good but there was a loose part or something which made a loud scratchy noise during use. Thus, they were really unusable. I returned them for credit - I hadn't realized I wouldn't be credited back to my original method of payment. I don't know how well they cancelled noise - I only use earbuds for conversations, not music.

These earbuds are better than I expected. I've used them with my OnePlus 6T and my Chromebook. They're very clear and sound great. They fit surprisingly well. I have weirdly shaped ear canals or whatever - most earbuds fall out of my ear very easily and I've tried many. For years, I used some old Zune bullet style earbuds that sounded awesome and for some reason were the only ones that would not fall out of my years when jogging. After many, many years, they finally broke. I was hesitant about these because of the in-ear loops, but I figured I would give them a try. They are surprisingly comfortable and easy to place in my ear. They pop in easily and hold the earbuds in place.As with most earbuds, they sound much better if I push them further into my ear, allowing me to get the full bass effect; I wish they would sound that good without me mushing them into my ears. I know that's normal, but it's why I would not give them a perfect five star score.As for these being refurbished, they look, feel, and work like new. No issues at all. I am pleased with the price.

Just as expected

At first I thought these headphones worked okay but then I noticed that the buttons for volume control and pause we're extremely sticky and sometimes wouldn't work unless you press them exactly the right way. My old pair that I received with my Google pixel phone purchase did not have this issue. After using them about a dozen times I have noticed also that the sound goes in and out and I often have to pull the plug out and put it back in to get another few minutes of sound before it cuts out again. Not sure these are genuine Google headphones based on my experience with the headphones I received with my Google pixel that worked great (until I lost them).

Two ear phones delivered after returning the first. Neither came with any packaging and both didn't work. It's simply not worth my time to deal with this any longer. I'll just take the $35 loss and consider it a lesson to not buy from this vendor again.
