Make absolutely sure your cooling system is super clean.
This works and works good, you just have to make absolutely sure you have all the rust gone and it be clean as possible before using.

Not too great in my case
I used this product but it didn’t work out. My engine was consuming about a quart of coolant per week so I must have had a bad head gasket that was leaking into a cylinder or possibly two at this point yet I had no overheating issues. I flushed my system per the manufacturers directions used the product as directed. Maybe my head gasket was too far gone for this to work. I just didn’t work in my application.
