Good upgrade for low cost.
This is a great little PC.The price is low compared to building a new machine.PC.Shipping was fast and the computer was packaged very well.Set up was easy and this PC runs great and is fast for what it is .Windows 11 computer and i love it and would buy again.My order also included a new mouse and key board.

good computer and the company made good on their mistake
I love this small form factor computer it replaced something 15x bigger than it that had far less power. I was able to upgrade to windows 11 and have had no issues with it running smoothly. The computer was shipped with 8G of ram not 16G as specified, I contacted the seller and they immediately sent me the correct memory. They made it easy to deal with them. Would highly recommend the computer and the seller!!

It delivers... but it doesn't have a few key feautres
The product offers "wifi" on the title but it doesn't include the Intel Dual Bank Wireless-AC 8260 (M.2) (the M.2 slot is empty but they send the wifi antenna in the box... that's funny)... Honestly, that's a complete bummer because I had to buy an usb wifi adapter. The next thing is the SSD included (Mushkin Element 256GB) Does anybody knows that ACME brand? (Willy E. Coyote must be laughin somewhere in the desert) I thnik getting a Kingston (or even TeamGroup) SSD would have been much better (keeping the price low)! At the end of the day the liitle pc delivers but it needs some love ($$$) to be completely bullet-proof! I wish I could give 3.5 stars but I'll keep it at 4 because they sent the keyboard/mouse combo (also included in the initial offer), the AC adapter looks new and the packaging was very neat.

Ordered and Promptly Delivered
This order went swiftly and without any hassles. I ordered this refurbished system to do some office work. I didnt expect much due to the low price but I was pleasantly surpriced by how smooth things went. The system came with the mini chassis, a mouse, and a keyboard. I didnt expect the later two but found them in the amazon boxes. Everything was well packed. I connected everything and started her up. I then went through the windows 10 setup, there was no old documents so it was like having a fresh system. Am an old tech guy so I left the system on for 24 hr burn in. I know am probably the only one that still does burn ins. I honestly would not hesitate to order from this vendor again.

Proxmox Host
Took a little bit of time going through the BIOS to figure out how to get it to boot to USB. Once I got that I was able to get Proxmox installed and it is performing as expected. Great for LXC containers.
