Excellent product, very poor delivery
The book is excellent, exactly what we needed. Unfortunately when it was delivered the parcel was left leaning against our porch door in pouring rain (despite the porch being open, watertight and our specified safe location). As a result the packaging and book were completely soaked through and although the book is useable (just about) it took days to dry and is nothing like the brand new item we should have received. Very disappointing delivery service.
