Taylor quality! Best I found. Good instuctions.
I installed on 07 Suburban Z71 5.3l flex fuel with K&N air box, bosch iridium plugs and 10.2mm wires, noticeable torque and mileage increase, at least 10% on mileage and less pedal position needed to cruise at 30mph. You only have to get to speed and let it coast on level ground to keep residential speed limits more of the time than before installation. It has bolts and gasket needed. It was also installed on 08 1 ton 6.0l van same results.

Fits Chevy Tahoe 5.3L Flex
Throttle body spacers are arguably one of the most controversial bolt on attachments to a vehicle. Not all vehicles are created equally, going from the different makes and models of todays modern fuel injection engines. Most everyone that knows a little about this arguement is 1. data from all the various sensors and 2. how the ECM/ECU (computer) interpruts this data and is able to pull from its set table of programs to adjust to these variables.Think of a CAI (cool air intake) as a guarden hose. What happens when you attach a nozzle to it? The pressure is increased and to boot you can even change the pattern of the stream. Not too hard to believe you can manipulate the flow of air with this same concept, right? This product is described to use multiple areo dynamic priciples that increase the static pressure of your intake manifold. To this end the proof is in the numbers seen with my obd2 scanner tool. The MAP (Manifold Absolute Pressure) sensor went from 35 to 40. A rather sizable increase in pressure. More pressure, better atomization of fuel and better combustion, blah blah blah.Installation was a breaze on my 07 Chevy Tahoe. Just make sure the felt gasket is even on all sides before you tighten the bolts. I've had a K&N intake with their hi flow filter installed for some time now and just recently went to Mobil 1 0w-30 oil to replace the 5w-30. I installed this spacer with slightly less than half a tank left. Normally in city I get about 300-310 miles to a tank. After installing this with less than half a tank, I got 330 miles (20-30 miles more) with the rest of that tank of gas. I was impressed to say the least, and that's only in the city. Haven't had any need to go on the highway yet but I can only imagine the milage gain when cruising down the highway.I love the throttle response off the line with this, still got that horrendous drive by wire delay many modern cars have (espesally the chevy 5.3) but it picks up noticably faster now. I would recomend this to anyone driving a GM SUV with the 5.3L vortec as much of my own research has found that these engines love to breathe and work well with spacers.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Definitely great quality! Can’t say I noticed anything but cooler sound (no whistle tho 👍🏼). Easy install and no check engine light. Not unhappy with purchase but wish more noticeable.

BEST SPACER !!!
I bought both the Airaid Spacer and the Taylor Cable Helix Power Spacer, as I am a Mechanical Engineer and I wanted to examine and compare both spacers in my hands before installation in order to select the best product. I have a 2009 Cadillac Escalade with a 6.2L LS engine (400hp stock), and had already installed these items:- DiabloSport I3 computer tuner- K&N Cold Air intake, plastic tube option- Powersports E3 high output spark plugs- Edelbrock 8.5mm spark plug wiresWhen I stacked both spacers back-to-back, there are obvious advantages of the Taylor Cable Helix Power Spacer over the Airaid Spacer. First and foremost, the Taylor spacer has a slightly smaller inside diameter, about 1/8” smaller, than the Airaid spacer. This means the Taylor spacer will have more air compression, resulting in a higher oxygen content. Second advantage, the Taylor spacer reduction vanes are milled in the same direction as the air flow, which means NO WHISTLE. Those two advantages alone made my decision to install the Taylor Cable Helix Spacer, and to return the Airaid Spacer. It took less than 15 minutes to install the spacer behind my cold air intake. I can tell a DEFINITE DIFFERENCE in both power and sound when I get over 3,000 RPM. At lower speeds, I can tell the torque has improved so that the engine does not downshift at slight accelerations. At higher speeds with more throttle, I can feel more power in each shift, and the sound from the cold air intake now sounds slightly deeper and more muscular, no whistle whatsoever. When I punch it with full throttle I can get past 100mph in only a few seconds.Next, I plan to install a set of Kooks long pipe headers and full dual exhaust for another 30hp and more miles per gallon.

It’s ok
Sounds great. Much throatier but didn’t feel a power gain.

Worth the small price
Easy install. Great quality product. I can definitely feel a difference in hp/tq around 4k rpm. It just kicks when you get to that point. This paired with a cold air intake is awesome.
