Worm Farm Composter
I haven't had it long enough that it has produced actual compost material, seems to be fine. It's seems to be well made and is sturdy. It's easy to use and I have not detected any unpleasant odors from the decomposing vegetable matter. I've put in worms that I've discovered under mats and around my yard because the recommended Red Wigglers or Night Crawlers have not been available as bait shops have been closed due to the Covid virus. I intend to get Red Wigglers for the worm farm composter as soon as possible. I'm sure that will expedite that composting process.

Cute, light weight, inconspicuous and totally works!
So excited about my worm tower!! They are so happy in there!! I actually keep it in my living room...Can you imagine? Totally inconspicuous next to the couch, and no smell what-so-ever. No one has noticed it at all and when I point it out people think it’s cute! My husband doesn’t even mind. Perfect! For worm bedding I just cut up the cardboard box it came in into 1” strips, wet it in a bowl, wrung it out a bit, and put it in there with a bit of dirt, which is supposed to help their digestion because it’s gritty (sand works too). Then I added some veggies and bread. On top of that I put a layer of peat moss, which I had let soak overnight to bring down the acidity a bit, and finally on top I put some kinda wet packing paper like a “blanket.” They love it!The only problem I had at one point was that ants got in one day and caused a couple worms to squirm out to their deaths somehow. So I put a circle of Vaseline around the circumference of each leg and also circles of cinnamon around the base of the feet. Now no more ants and very happy, productive worms making my leftovers and cardboard boxes into the most beneficial compost I’ve found. So cool!! I’m totally into it...

leftover plastic in bins squares
The squares still had plastic that wasn’t taken off when I received my bins, each bin was like this. The only solution I could think of was to torch the plastic and it worked! So be aware your bins might come out like this. Other than that its a good product for its price.

Great value!
I bought it for $87. It was much cheaper than worm factory 360 and still good quality! I have had it for a couple of days and the worms are doing great and not trying to escape from it!

I bought this last fall....
I just have to say that this Pagoda shaped compost bin and worm farm is pretty great. We've kept it on our back patio deck and it's survived the winter and four out of the five tiers are full of worms and compost. We filled it with redworms from our garden and then each layer gets a mixture of cardboard, shredded paper, yard clippings, old leaves and compostable fruits and vegetables from our kitchen. The worms love it and now we have a never ending supply of red worms, worm compost, worm tea and worm casings for our gardening and fishing fun. It's a little prone to strong winds and critters flipping the lid off looking to raid composting fruits and veggies. It happened a few times too many for my liking so I fixed the situation with a ratchet strap.
