Quality of this product was excellent. Worked well for my daughter's wisdom teeth removal as far as flexibility of velcro and not being "too tight" due to swelling. There was no leakage of the ice packs, they stayed relatively cold, but since there were two sets, it allowed for freezing of one while using other set. Also, came with instruction on how to heat in microwave if heat application was needed.

Had to get oral surgery and this was a life saver. Didn’t have to sit there and hold ice packs on my face. Was able to lay down and relax while icing. Helped with pain and I didn’t really bruise much. I have a small face and it still fit good. Ice packs were cold but still soft

Works like a charm, I had a full mouth extraction done today so I had this ordered overnight so it would have time to get frozen by the time I got home. The only downside is I have a big head and it barely matches the Velcro and it's cold on my ears and I wish it was colder on my cheeks but other than that it's a great product for what I needed it for. Ice last for about 20 minutes increments but it does have a back up so you can do 20 minutes on and off keep them swapped out

Worked perfectly for me after wisdom tooth extraction! Easy to fit to your head and I liked that they sent extra ice packs. Doesn’t stay cold for overly long (probably 15-20 mins at a time?) but that’s really all I needed so it did the job. Better than the tights and peas DIY I tried before this.

Got this to help after wisdom teeth surgery, it fits my face okay and is fairly comfortable to wear (i have a very small head and face) however it doesn’t stay cold for very long i constantly have to switch out ice packs.

Easy to use, purchased for my spouse who was having all remaining teeth removed for dentures. It was easy to use, kept cold for a bit, and so far we had no issues. Love how it came with an extra set of gel pads too. We only tried the warming up option once but that's only because he preferred the cold temperature for healing.
