My 48 year old grandson was reminiscing about how much he had liked my pendulum when he was about five years old. So, Grandpa got him one which he keeps in his engineering office. Kind of neat.

Love the product, but that damn sand is difficult to spread out. It’s get there slowly though. All in all 👍🏽👍🏽

My husband lives this pendulum!! Had to buy a little more sand for it, but totally worth it. Makes incredible designs!!

The piece is wood and overall a decent presentation. The pendulum is very off center from the pit. The sand designs will not cover one edge, and the pendulum will knock into the other edge. Adjusted the height, if it is high enough to not hit the edge, it draws an even smaller off-center pattern. Ordered a replacement that had the same problem, but the wood finish was damaged. For $20-$30 I would likely ignore the off center and the banging against the edge. For $70, I returned it.

Was nice for about a month, then the base began to warp. I’m not sure if it is due to me living in Arizona and it being really dry here. Also the sand got clumpy after a few months too. I’ve tried sifting it and drying it out in the sun, but it doesn’t help.

The item is unusable. Firstly The Brass Pendulum is extremely scratched along with the brass rod it attaches to. It looks like someone Purchased it and returned it and then it was sent to me when I placed my order. The Weighted pendulum will NOT screw onto the the brass rod past a quarter inch but it needs to raise higher So the pendulum doesn’t hit the table. The wood structure is fine but does need some sanding.

Great table top piece to add to your office. I find myself staring into space when I'm in thought and this thing gives me something relaxing to look at. People who come by my office love it, too!
