Adjustable strength is the killer i wasn't expecting this much from this product but i am so happy that i got this one. I have a carpel-tunnel i bought different products before but nothing helps my problem. So far this product seems working it already reduced my pain, i liked the individual finger grips.

Used to get strength back after hand surgery. Product is well made and will last long after it is needed.I had thumb surgery but it affected my whole hand. The ball is great for squeezing and flexing and I will probably use some of the other items after I obtain more flexibility. The hand exerciser is strength adjustable so you can start out light and work up to strong.

If you sit a desk job and want to get some exercise in this is the perfect set. I got it for just the grip exerciser but it also comes with finger stretchers, a stress ball and a ring you can squeeze. Every two hours or so I do fifty reps on each arm. Since the resistance is adjustable I don't see myself needing a new one of these for a while. It also comes with a pouch that you can put it in when you're done. I would recommend this.

This is my first time using hand stretcher. The experience was great. Within 2 weeks it made my hands so strong and the muscles tight. But we have to do it in regular basis. I use it almost everyday and it feels real good after done. It comes with 4 parts. All of them for different muscles. I loved it.

Needed a decent hand strenghtening tool to use whenever I have down time to strengthen my grip. Pretty decent size, compact and I can adjust the tension to whatever resistance I need. I bought it because of the other items to like the ball which is soft to grip but helps with you grip strength too. I also let my son who is 5 years old, use it to develop his hand strength since he has started OT and needed help using utilites and writing with pencils. The quality is well made and comes with a decent size bag that won't tear as soon as you try to open it.

I didn't realize this when I bought it but one of the hand grip strengtheners has a variable grip strength that allows for you to personalize to your desire. Very fun to use, especially just while watching tv or a movie. There are also many different tools in there and a nice bag to hold everything together. Great high quality instruments.

Came with 7 pieces I only needed the hand grip strengthener but its really useful for those needing physical therapy with their hands. Those with coomon wrist pains and digital pains can use the grip or the ball for daily exercise. Its extremely useful.
