Replaced my much more expensive 3 year old Acer Windows 10 machine. The inbuilt memory rather than a hard drive gives reduced thickness and weight. I was never near using the 1TB memory in the old machine. Now I just added a 256 GB memory card, this will probably see me through a few years. The elimination of a disc drive is also a great help in weight and dimensions. Now pretty well everything can be added on line anyway.This feels to be the best windows machine I've ever used. I also added MS Office for the first time in a decade. See what you can add when the base machine is great value!I really like this machine!

This laptop is excellent or the price and build. This pc has 64gb of memory perfect for daily use of medium/light game loads, all day use for school and work. The battery life is great and charges in as quick as an hour and a half. I love this computer for online school and comes with a built in front facing camera. This laptop has a built in microphone and wifi-bluetooth enabled. If looking for an affordable option with great specs this is the laptop for you. The laptop comes with a properly packaged charger and user manual. The laptop is 13.3 inches to bring a fully optimal user screen experience. Overall I find this laptop outstanding for all ways of usage, I strongly recommend this product 5 STARS!

I have had this laptop since April all of a sudden it just stopped working will not power on. Charger is working fine. Try to get support only a 30 day warranty. I have used it maybe 12 times and just for word and check emails. Now all of my files are lost. Piece of junk. You get what you pay for.

from the moment I turn the laptop on it seemed like it was okay. Unfortunately it started running really slow with basically every single task I would do, to the point where it would freeze and everything would become unresponsive. This is a common problem that happens whenever the CPU runs at 100% and it can basically no longer function with other tasks because of whatever other task is running in the background is using up all of the resources.And I was right because it was running at 100% CPU for several minutes, making the bottom of the laptop quite hot. The reason for this being is because Windows 10 is now so bloated that it uses up a ton of processing power. Unfortunately this means that no laptop these days can really function with a processor under 3ghz. Notice how this one didn't mention the actual processor used in the ad above? It's because it's a really terrible and cheap one, which makes sense given the price. But honestly, if this laptop runs at 100% cpu consistently, it's going to burn the laptop out within months. If you want to do anything involving games or whatever, keep looking

I've owned this laptop for about 8 months now.It's lightweight for sure. Thought it was a good value for light use at home. When I turn it on (or when it wakes up from sleeping), the screen flickers uncontrollably and won't stop until I close it and reopen it several times. Other than that, it works pretty well. Limited USB connections make it hard to accessorize, and the charger falls out of the port SO MUCH because it's a very small plug (and not a very long cord). If you need it for light use (browsing online, watching YouTube), it's a good buy. If you need anything sturdy, don't go for this.

My grandson started 6th grade and was using one of my old laptops that could not handle all the new apps and things he needed for his zoom classes and other online class apps. He opened it up and set it up (he wanted to do it on his own) in less than 30 minutes. It booted right up and we liked how it was not 'bulky' like my laptop.

I love my new laptop its a really great laptop I brought mine brand new so I have not had any problems with it at all I do recommend this laptop. Will update if things change but for now im all smiles.

I bought this for my son on Christmas in December and at first it worked pretty good. But then, after a few months the charge port went out. The thing would not come on no matter what I did .. If I wiggled the charger a little bit, it would come on for a minute. So at first I thought it was the charger so I bought a new one. Same problem. I would not recommend this device. It's one thing to have to deal with lagging or cosmetic wear.. but for it too not come on at all ---- THATS a problem.
