Very impressed with this test kit, having used several others. I especially appreciated that the strips were broken up into several sealed packages, which will extend the shelf life rather than all of them immediately being exposed to air as soon as you open the bottle. I also appreciated the EPA Standards Reference sheet which tells you, for each test result on the strip, what the health effects of a negative value are. For example, "salty taste", "metallic taste" etc. Just a nice feature. Very easy to use and best of all, the strips actually line up EXACTLY with the bottle for color comparisons. Do yourself a favor though and after you dip and wait the 30 seconds, immediately take a well lit photo. The results are only valid for 60 seconds and colors will continue to change after that time, so important to preserve the true results. Also makes it easy for you to compare one test result to another. Highly recommended.

Tested today using tap water, water filtered through the sink, and water filtered through a Pur water pitcher. All water was allowed to reach room temperature for 2 hours. The results were nearly identical. However I have noticed that my tap water doesn’t smell like a swimming pool this week, and with so many testing strips I will definitely repeat the experiment!!! The strips are easy to read, and I am comforted by the result. The lack of color on the lead test was a great relief. Since Alkalinity and hardness were both super apparent, I can easily make changes to improve my health based on the results!

We've never had the need to use water tests, but we're building our forever home & are living off grid. I love on well water and paranoid about quality and bacteria being present in the water we consume. This kit includes everything i need and works well. Very easy to use. The strips have 16 tests on them and you use one one strip instead of several different ones. And it takes 2 seconds to test all of them. You get 5 sealed packages of 20 steps in each. The bacteria test takes longer to give you results but they are correct. I compared with a third party results that come out to test my water and they were identical. There are 2 sealed containers to test for bacteria. Fast and easy testing that actually works and package doesn't expire for year and a half.

This test kit was very easy to use. I t had gray instructions and a chart that was simple and easy to read. I did have one question ant emailed the seller and got an immediate auto response telling me my question was being handled and they would get back to me. I received an answer to my question in a couple of days. I am very pleased with the outcome of my purchase. I would definitely purchase from this seller again.

I was surprised at how easy it was to use. The instructions were simple and it was great to able to test my home water. I could check iron, copper, hardness , flouride, pH and even bacteria. There were at two sets of the bacteria test which is useful as you could retest again if you make some adjustments. It's good to be able to verify if the filtration system is working with these strips.
