Takes getting used to
I like that these come in a protective case, as it makes it easy to keep them clean and not get lost. The fact that this is a 4 pack allows me to put one in my travel sundry bag and have extras to keep around in case I do lose one.They do keep my nasal airwaves open, so I don't wake up with dry mouth in the morning from mouth breathing. It does not impair my ability to breathe at all. I live and sleep alone, so I don't know if it actually stops the snoring yet. In the past when I traveled, sometimes my companion would mention that I snored. Guess I'll find out when I start going on trips again.The device itself is not uncomfortable, but does take a little getting used to--just a slight bit more than those nose strips that one can never position just right to be effective.

This does not work!!!
So I normally don't write reviews and I am a bit late with writing but I have to say this product doesn't work... Whatsoever!!! I purchased this item because my husband snores and we've tired ear plugs (which seem to be more effective), another nose plug which has different sizes and the strips! The ear plugs have been more effective than this one!! This item falls out of his nose and it's so small we couldn't find it for 3 days! I would tell anyone who is interested in making a purchase to please DON'T!! Such a waste of money!

Shirt run a little big
Order 2 I’m ordering 2 more they fit a little big just how like it. A 2x is slightly big but comfortable, if you would like it to fit you like a glove you'll have to go a size smaller then usual. Still in all like it, I haven’t washed it yet though that’s another test.

Not worth it.
This did not work for me and also gets lost at night.

it works
This product honestly works. I would recommend blowing your nose before hand just in case anything is up there, but the device when used properly reduces snoring significantly. It is hard to describe, but its almost like it presses on a button that allows for better breathing. My sleep has never been better, when the Mrs isnt tapping me to roll over.

Works really well
They work really well. I sleep better. Dont wake up groggy. I can breath better as well. Definitely recommend.

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS
This product is a complete waste. It made my eyes water, and my nose get runny. Other then that, didn’t help with snoring, sleeping better, sleeping more restfully, or any of the other “benefits” this thing claimed to help with when wearing. I wish I could give it zero stars

Anti Snoring Devices Work for Us
For whatever unexplainable reason, these anti snoring devices work for my husband. His snoring is quite decreased, and it no longer wakes me up several times in the night when I used to gently punch him to turn over. Inexpensive and is working for us.
