easy to fit
Units front and back easy to fit with bright light, using flashing for both lights, one niggle is the rear light is difficult to turn on even more difficult to turn off, requires multi presses of switch to accomplish either operation.

Good all round bike light set.
I needed a basic light set for a new bike and didn’t want to spend a fortune! The light set arrived in a neat well laid out box with a foam divider to secure the lights.A small cloth carry bag with a spare rear light rubber mount is provided along with a usb cable to charge the lights.A charge is required by a suitable usb input (charger not provided) and full charge is indicated by an Led lamp inside the lights. The rear light was easy to mount with a rubber mount with a hook design on the light allowing to fit around frame tubes and seat post. The front light was a little harder with a wrap around mount secured with a quick release style pinch lock. It is provided with two rubber strips to pack out the bracket if needed. I had to use both strips on my handle bars and found it a little awkward to keep the strips tight while I tightened the bracket. The front light is provided with a quick release so can be slid off of the main bracket, this obviously helps to prevent theft when the bike is locked up.The bracket and the front light feel a little cheap and flimsy but at this price point is to be expected. The rear light feels of a slightly better quality. The performance of the lights is outstanding, with really bright focused front light, which has numerous settings to dim the light or give full brightness. The rear light again is very bright with different flashing and brightness settings.I believe for the money, that these lights are good, however, I have slight reservations on the life span of the plastics, and how the lights will perform long term with British weather and roads. That said, I have no regrets yet with my purchase.

Compact, bright lights
It came in a pleasant box, very well packed, high end feel, making the lights front and back feel special. Would make a great gift also. When we turned the front light on, well, it was clear and very bright. It lit up half of a garage like daylight! Have to try it out on the road as yet, but I’m confident already that it will be more than expected and very adequate. The back red light is also bright, luminous and easy to fit with a simple rubber band. Neat, slim, but plenty of lighting area. In a way this is best as it is easy and adaptable. Another back light that I have utilises a similar rubber band fitting and it is stable enough to withstand red and black runs over rocks on mountain biking courses. The red lit side edges on the front light is a great novel factor and adds to the safety aspect. The front fitting comes with a spring loaded screw and closure. This is easy to use with a fitted hand leaver, neat, compact, not requiring tools. I am very pleased with this light set. Thanks to Cycleafer for such a well made package and bright light. And oh, as if that is not enough, both lights are re-chargeable. Included are two USB cables for charging. Recommend, very pleased.

Value for money
Reading other reviews compelled me to write this one I cannot disagree more with those armchair critics, for the money that has been paid these lights stack up very well, some complain that the front light feels cheap due to being made of plastic, sorry but I’ve never had a light made of anything else, back in the day cat eye was the go to for illumination and guess what…. Yep plastic!. I’ve no complaints they look great, work great, charge great and if they last only the 3 years the warranty is good for then hey still a bargain.

Bright lights, but only charges with the supplied cable
I'm just getting in to cycling, and I wanted some affordable lights to improve my visibility both at night and during the day. From the perspective, the lights do they job. They are very bright and can been seen from a long way away - especially when the rear one is set to flash. The 'free' rear light in my view is pretty faultless. It's attached with a rubber strap and can be a little fiddly to get on an off - but not big deal. It has several flash modes and brightness levels. Just hold the button to switch on and off and press to cycle modes. The front light is less good. It has three levels of steady brightness, plus one flash mode. The flash mode is 3 short, 3 long, 3 short - Morse code for SOS. I'm sure there's scope for confusion there! Press the button to turn on then again to cycle each of the modes. Adding some better flash modes would have been better. The bracket for it uses a quick-release type screw. No problems with it at all.Where I have a serious problem with the front light is the charging port. I was attracted to the lights due to micro-USB charging. Like most folk these days, I have loads of them. No need to hunt for the correct cable, and I can easily borrow one wherever I go. However I've not been able to get the light to charge using anything other than the supplied cables. The USB plug on this is noticably longer than every other micro USB charging cable I own - it's effectively as useful as a proprietary cable.I contacted the seller for advice regarding the charging port - initially I just thought it wasn't charging at all, as I used a generic micro-usb. They took a day to respond with a generic cut and paste response advising to call a customer service number, service is affected due to Covid restrictions. It seemed weird, the seller only appears to sell a few items and presumably this had come up before. It would have taken a few seconds to just type 'use the supplied cable' and my probelm would have been resolved. I tried the customer service number, and it was simply a generic Amazon number - so utterly useless I wanted to return the lights. In short, the lights will do the job for now - but I can see me upgrading them before long.

The Best Light I've Ever Purchased
Easy to mount and un-mount, very bright with multiple settings and a very long battery light.
