broken crackers during shipping What are you, the seller, doing to make sure the shipping box is packed correctly to avoid receiving broken crackers?

The same thing happened to me with one shipment. The packages were placed in a box, larger than the crackers, to they were thrown around in shipment and completely crumbled! I ordered more that came with other items in the shipment so they were not thrown around and they were perfect. I guess it's all in who packages the shipment, but there should be policies for things like crackers! The same thing happened with some jam I ordered. The deliverer threw it up on the porch and the jar on the bottom was shattered.
