Big Bang Theory: Season 8 Blu-ray

By now we all know what Big Bang Theory is so I can skip the synopsis piece.To begin - I have watched this show since day one. I have absorbed everything that the crew has to offer and I have grown with the characters on the show. This season, although decent, felt like the characters weren't themselves. Leonard seems to be getting weaker as a character, even though I felt like overall he was the most interesting. THey make it seem like he simply bows to Penny's every wim.. while also bowing to Sheldon's every wim.. it's like he has become the "b----" character of the group instead of the interesting one. Raj is a helpless horndog, Howard has become whiny at every turn and overly jealous of Stewart to the point of being excessive, and Sheldon seems confused on what direction they want to take his character.I still enjoyed the season, but I would like to see the characters return to form and progress in a more natural path instead of just randomly jumping around.

Very disappointed in the "included with purchase" digital HD download. You cannot download this to a computer that does not have a DVD player like they make it sound. First you have to create an account that you don't want, which entails reading several pages of "terms of service" etc., then you need to download an app that you don't want taking up space on your computer, probably doing things you don't want to your machine and data. Then, and I never got past their TOS, you may possibly be able to download it. But then I tried one of the other "services" that said you could download it, but then they said the code was invalid, so I guess, the first place showed it as used, even though I never even got to a place where it could be downloaded. In the TOS it says you will be charged a "locker access charge" after one year. That wasted an hour of my life.On the DVD, the Blue Ray picture is noticeably better than the regular DVD. I also enjoyed the gag reel that comes on the disk.

What can I say. I get more laughs per hour from this show than anything else on TV. I'm not going to analyze it too much for fear I'll quit laughing. I've always enjoyed sarcasm. Probably not something I should admit, and Sheldon pulls it off so well. All the characters have their moments, and somehow I believe there are a bunch of socially awkward geniuses watching it going HUH ? and analyzing the equations on the chalk boards.I was one of the few guys in my High School who wrestled and played football and did Gymnastics, and also loves Math and Physics. I get the humor in Big Bang. I hope it stays around a few more seasons.

This is one of the funniest shows I have ever seen ... the only thing I don't carefor, and it is not a killer, is the audience laughing ... but at least it is not a laugh track,it's real people (I think)The writing is out of sight, the actors are great, everything is great ...I think I would have hit Sheldon by the 2nd or 3rd week,...Season 4, episode 1 is totally out of sight ... how could the writers come up with that?Sheldon's face muscle twitches and movements are unbelievable.... is that done by him orcomputer enhancements?All in All it is no wonder it is in it's 8th season .... VERY FUNNY! GREAT STORIES! GREAT WRITERS! GREAT ACTORS!!!

Even after 7 seasons I really enjoy watching this series. Sure, there is only so much comedy you can place into a show before it becomes a little stagnant and some of the relationships drag out at times, but still cute to watch. What makes this show very appealing to many (in my opinion) is that the characters are rather "average" looking and so most mortals can relate -vs- the series "Friends" which didn't have an average looking person in the crowd, plus how'd they all afford that lifestyle in NYC? Some episodes are rather lack luster this season, but others are just knock down funny. Looking forward to a few more seasons.

Although they've changed things up a little bit in the writing for Season 8, it's STILL one of the very best shows onTV. ( I don't have TV or cable)They have the girls all fully involved now, and the relationships are all evolving well.The cliffhanger is interesting. Well, for those who don't have TV anyway!Can't wait for Season 9 to get released. Hard to believe they've been at it for this long.STILL an excellent show, and I rank it up there with the Sopranos and The Good Wife.Jim Parsons, Julianna Margulies and James Gandolfini were all born for these exact roles.

I love, love, love this series. Never fails to get get my family laughing. My husband and I consider ourselves Nerds and love the humor in this show. Some of the topics might not be suitable for younger kids, but older teens are fine. (My granddaughter (young teen) asked me what "masturbating" was because of a scene between Amy and Sheldon discussing a monkey). Some of the content is for more mature audiences. There are a lot of references to "coitus" and "intercourse" so keep that in mind when watching.

Just a really fun show to watch. Must pay attention to capture all the jokes; so I must watch several times to get all the punch lines. Obviously sad about the loss of Carol Ann Susi as Mrs. Wolowitz. She was a fun, and funny part of the Big Bang Family, though we never got to see her character live. Part of the comedy was to image what she must really look like with all the jokes made about her weight. Looking forward to season nine in a couple weeks. Will catch up again before new season starts.

La temporada 8 al igual que las anteriores mantiene un buen sentido del humor, aunque a veces el caracter de los personajes es muy distinto a como era al principio han sabido adaptarlos correctamente a la historia y darle sentido. Buenos chistes y buenas actuaciones para una serie que mantiene su calidad como sitcom, no esperes los valores de producción de algunos otros dramas.El envío fue, como siempre, excelente.

La serie me gusta mucho y el bluray cumple con las respectivas esperadas, es decir la caja no esta dañada, los dientes que soportan el disco no están rotos y el disco no presenta inconvenientes al momento de reproducirlo.

Adoro esta serie!! Me divierto mucho viéndola. No tiene español Latino. No es que me guste mucho el doblaje de todos modos, siempre la he visto en inglés.
