Perfect solution for bike fork mounts
Rarely would leave a review, but feel compelled since this product did exactly what I needed it to do and figure other cyclists are in the same situation. This rail fits snug across five bolts perfectly on the header side of my bed on my Tacoma TRD Pro 2023. Spacing within the rail is consistent with the left and right stock rails.I was able to fit the freedomcoast adjustable bicycle fork mounts with the Toyota rail spec into this rail, along with the 12x100 skewer adapters. Now can mount two (and maybe three) thru axle bikes on my Tacoma with this set up. Very clean, very happy.

2021 Taco: fits great! Easy install
My review title says it all. Going to use this for accessories and potential cargo bed net tie-down location. Fits perfectly with my Tyger Soft roll-up tonneau cover. Sits just under the cover's "header board". My finger is on the new rail.

Genuine part, installed without issue
Wanted to add the third rail to a Tacoma, this part was genuine Toyota and installed with no issues. I would recommend if you are already swapping the rail look at replacing the bolts while you are at it.

Fits 2020 Tacoma DCSB perfectly
Fit the Tacoma like it was made for it (which it is...). Sturdy, perfectly matches side rails and easy to install. Way too expensive, but that's the price you pay for OEM equipment. Amazon still cheaper that getting it from a local dealer, though. It's a shame Toyota does not include this with the truck like they used to. Offers more options for tie downs and/or for mounting things (I put an axe on mine).

Fits 3rd Gen Tacomas easily
Why Toyota didn't include this front side bed rail from the factory on the 3rd Gen like the apparently did on the 2nd Gen is beyond me, but this at least fits the existing holes with torx screws already in the bed of the 3rd Gen. Install is super easy. It does NOT come with the bed rail end caps however so just keep this in mind. A set of 2 OEM bed rail end caps is about $28 here on Amazon so pick a set of those up as well if you care at all - I did.
