I do not believe these are surgical steel. I’ve had a Tragus piercing for about 15 years. When I started wearing this jewelry within 24 hours my ear was hurting and red. I cleaned my ear and put my old one in and it was fine in a few days. I tried another option from the pack and it was the same reaction... red and irritated.

So many options. A few are awkward, like the hearts (I like the stud hook part facing up into my nose and the heart ones have it hanging down my nose) but overall a good buy for a lot of variety nose jewelry. I haven’t had any issues with irritation either and my skin is pretty sensitive.

Nice selection, but I don’t think they’re surgical steel as an hour after I put one in I started to grow a keloid.

Super happy with these nose rings. Mine fell out and tattoo shops were all closed because of Covid so just ordered these on Amazon hoping my piercing would not close.Super fast shipping.Also, I have sensitivity to many metals. These did not cause irritation at all!I was pleased to see how many nose rings actually came with this order. I will never need to buy another one my entire life lol

They were 📦 very neatly they look so cute. And they are small just the way I like them. I got these because I recently got my nose pierced, and one night my ring fell out. I was so upset but I eventually found the ring on the bed. So that's when I decided I need some back nose rings, but I haven't tried them yet, and am praying they don't irritate my piercing because they are so cute... I am giving a four-star just because I don't try them yet to see if they will cause any irritation. But am loving them so far.💯

Decided I would start wearing nose rings again and decided to try these out. They're perfect for someone like me who likes options and to try new rings. Also Its especially great for people who tend to lose rings easily, like myself. This way I don't feel so bad if I lose one or any because I still have more. I like that they come in little baggies that separate them by style and color

I was looking to change my nose piercing out from the original stud from the shop. Hoop, bone, screw, L-shape....so many different ones I didn't know which one would be easiest for me. Reviews are mixed and so buying this was very affordable and had all the different kinds so I can experiment. These are excellent quality, I do have sensitive skin and have allergies to cheap metal jewelry and these did not break me out or anything! Very pleased with these!
