Place a small amount in the palm of your hand and rub them together good, then apply it to your hair. Make sure you don't use a big amount. You can put this on slightly wet or damp hair or dry hair. After you have worked it in your hair good, you can style as needed.

Q: Is it like a leave in conditioner?

Yes and No, you do leave it in, to me it's like long time ago grease what every you want to call it that you use on your scalp for people of color or should I say with different grade of hair, on your hair, I love it I think the bottle just change it's picture, hope this helps

Q: What color is it? Will it make black hair look white or discolor white hair?

It is white with a cream consistency, so you have to use a small amount and brush it in well. The result is quite nice. It smooths natural 4c hair very well.
