Working shower with options!
The apparatus has several places to shift water flow--never noticed that in the marketing and one really needs to be aware of which valve is on. I am using it with a small soaking tub on a wooden floor so I am really aware of water.The tub filler faucet is significantly slower than my previous one so takes longer to draw a bath but flow is nice in the hand held and rain heads. For me its worth it but Im a bit worried when the gaskets begin to fail as there are several.All that said Id buy it again because it works in my situation and its really pretty and though I am not tall, the rain head can adjust to someone taller easily or back down , handy as my son is almost 6 foot.

Quality is Outstanding
The media could not be loaded. We are so happy with this shower fixture. It is a work of art! The chrome is beautiful. The controls are all silky smooth. The rain shower from the main head and the wand is delightful. Installation was very straightforward. This fixture really complimented our extensive shower remodel. If this is the style you're looking for we highly recommend this unit. Customer support from Gotonovo has been stellar! Highly Recommend. 5-star!

Seemed like a good product
This shower is stunning and seemed like a good quality. I was disappointed in myself for not paying attention to the details and sadly needed to return it. I have a fiberglass surround and the on/ off handles were smaller than my opening and was smaller than what I need in distance. My fault

Not good long term
The media could not be loaded. Honestly, I would’ve given it 5 starts because once we finally got a plumber to install it, it was my favorite shower head, and for the price, it couldn’t be beat. However, after about 1 year of use, the water started spraying out the top (as you can see in the video). This is just with the water on very low, if I turn it on high, it sprays all over the bathroom rendering it unusable. I wish there was an easy way to contact the store to get a new head, but I haven’t been able to contact them about it. Very difficult when it’s been over 30 days. So now I either have to buy an entirely new one just for the head, but honestly I’m not sure why I’d do that if it’s just going to happen again. So it would’ve been good until it wasn’t. Also the piece that holds the hand held piece doesn’t stay put and the hand held slides through it. I was willing to look past that until this happened. Hope that helps someone!
