These are a great substitute for the Beachbody sliders. I bought them for 80 day obsession and they work great! I never used the Beachbody ones but I can’t imagine they could be much different.

I ordered a pair after getting tired of handing in my keys or ID at my gym; for a couple bucks I figured I might as well have a set to keep in my gym bag. These are great! They're much larger than the ones I'm used to, which is fantastic. More room to place your hands or feet, and they feel well built. Would recommend.

Perfect! Is like the description and same as the Images! Love the color and works in slippery and non slippery floor! I recommend it!!

First off, the color is perfect. These are some of the few non-black ones I could find.They seem to be standard size compared to the other sliders I've looked at; plus they're under my toes for the most part anyway, so the size works out to be good. The soft side works great on my linoleum floor and the hard side works good on my carpet. Sometimes one does slip out from underneath my foot, but I have very thick carpeting, so that might be a factor. Using these for "A Little Obsessed."

I saw an article and videos that showed how effective exercise can be when using sliders. I take them to work and on days I won’t make it to the gym I try to find a discreet area with carpet to use these. You can find exercises to follow online. They’re definitely worth the price! I also bought bands to use with and without these sliders.

I had higher expectations from This product.The problem is that they don’t really slide easily and I just end up using towels or I take off my shoes and use my socks 🧦Im still in the search for good workout sliders.

These work great for the Piyo slide workout. Slide easily on carpet. Up your workout to a crazy intensity at a fraction of the cost of the Beachbody slides!

Love these sliders I used to use paper plates but they would get hot with the friction. My only con with these is sometimes my feet slide off the gliders but not a big deal

i love the colour, i got pink! they are the perfect size i can spread my hand out wide and my hand completely fits on the slider! the hard side down for carpet and the soft side down for wood flooring

Great sliders. Love to use them for core training.

Great sliders. Only inconvenience is that even the tiniest bit of dust will be picked up and stick to them.
