Black leather watch from Golana. Part of the Aero Pro 300 Series. Swiss made battery powered quartz movement. Leather strap. Stainless steel case. Black dial. Scratch resistant anti-reflective sapphire crystal. Strap: 21mm wide x 8in long. Case: 42mm x 48mm x 12mm thick. Water resistant to 100 meters (330 feet). Tang clasp closure. We are pleased to offer our two-year limited warranty on this fine watch. This item must be in its original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging intact, in order to be accepted for return. Designed for personal and professional travelers, the Golana Men's Swiss Aero Pro 300 Quartz Watch features a modern look with polished accents to complement the style of the contemporary voyager. The bold, black dial offers Arabic numbers, luminescent hands and bar indexes, and a discreet date display at four o'clock. A screw-down, fluted crown is protected by the angular accents of the stainless steel case, and a durable, black leather band wraps gently around the wrist, clasping with a traditional buckle. You get what you pay for...
I had high hopes for this watch but was quickly disappointed when it arrived. For starters, the watch was advertised with a screw-down crown - it does NOT have one. This is a deal breaker for me because I lead a very active lifestyle. The worst part was that it didn't even keep accurate time. It lost nearly two minutes overnight - not acceptable for a quartz watch. It also arrived with the wrong owner's manual so that makes me think it had already been returned once by someone else. I will say that the materials of the watch are exceptional. The design is very clean and the GMT hand works fine. I just wish it kept better time and had a screw-down crown as advertised. I sent it back to Amazon for an easy refund and ordered a Citizen Nighthawk (which I am VERY HAPPY with). I would steer clear of this watch - if you spend just a little more money, you can find some other more reliable options out there.

Very good Watch
good value for money,high quality finishing,simple and elegant,in this price it has a nice expensive look,leather band is good quality,size is also reasonable,fits perfectly with wrist size,came in a nice package,would make a nice gift.

NIce Appearance! Quality Not So Great!
Dial hands broke very close to the end of the warranty and was replaced under warranty. The replacement watch has a problem with the drilled depth of the wrist band pin hole in the body of the watch. Numerous times the watch band pin dislodges and the watch falls off. First I thought it was a bad wriar band pin (tension) and have tried longer pin but it continues to be problem. Like the watch appearance but not impressed with the quality.

Great but broken....
I recently bought this watch after extensive research, the watch looks amazing came in almost perfect condition and for the two first weeks i had no problem with it amazon delivered everything they said they would. After 2 weeks the second hand stop ticking it now just ticks at one place around 19 seconds. Im currently trying to get this fixed under the warranty, hopefully golana steps up to the table.

Poor Quality - Seconds hand fell off after few days; scratches easily
Well, this watch had the right price and looked good. Too bad it failed so quickly, at least it happened within the 30 days return period! I only put it on few times...mostly sitting in an office. I also noticed a little ugly scratch on the glass. Reading reviews for GOLANA watches I expected better quality from this watch, yet I guess you get what you pay for.

not bad, nice stratp
It worked well for a while, but then on a walking trip in relatively cold weather, it mysteriously lost 7 mins or so every hour. when I stopped walking, it kept time without losing. Could have been a battery, but I had only had the watch a few weeks. GMT worked fine for me, but the losing time thing was a let-down.

Very nice and accurate watch with erratic GMT function
I bough this watch on amazon.co.uk ... When it arrived, the watch was not working. Due to travel schedule I never managed to send it back to amazon. Upon return I went at own cost to a watch maker who replaced the battery. Voila, the watch started to work. It is a very nice looking watch. Pretty accurate, have been wearing it for a week and keeps perfect time. It is also a very legible and good looking watch. The only problem I have is the second time zone, let's refer to it GMT. It will work for a day or two, and then, suddenly it is 2,3, 10 hours off - a random number, for no apparent reason. Also, the second time zone mechanism is very primitive, you pull the crown one stop, and rotating one way it changes the day, and the other way it changes the time zone. Its red GMT hand does not jump by the hour, like in OMEGA Seamaster GMT or Rolex GMT II, but it is a fluid move, you have to fine tune the position. It does not offer adjusting the main hours independently of GMT, but in this price range I can accept it.It is a $100 watch, so it is not fair to compare it to watches costing 20-50x more, but even in this price range I feel like wearing a regular three hand watch with a date and a fake GMT complication. I also have an $85 Invicta Diver with GMT, and it works fine, not to mention digital CASIO watches. I have around 50 watches, and it is a nice addition to my collection, but wish the GMT worked.

Exceptional
I had decided about a couple months ago that it was time to buy myself a good watch. I spent some time researching and came down to the point where I was on the verge of shelling out a couple grand for an Omega or Tag Heuer. However, I came to my senses and decided it would be impractical to spend that much so I began to look for alternatives. Thats when I came across the Golana brand. I liked that they were Swiss made and that they used high quality materials like real leather and sapphire coated crystals. What I liked the most about the brand was the price! At first I was skeptical thinking you could not find a quality time piece for under $500 but when I got my Golana Aero Pro with black leather band I was blown away! It came just as amazon promised brand new in a box and case complete with warranty card and manual. The watch looks and feels like it could have easily cost $1000. Infact I purchased this model because of its resemblance to an Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean which you can easily pay $3000 or more for. The watch is a quartz movement so it will keep dead on time with out any maintenance. The case does measure 42mm which seems to be the norm for mens watches now. If youre worried about it being too big or too small please dont. It is a very flattering watch on all size wrists big or small. I have found that it works marvelously for any occasion whether it be suit and tie or jeans and t-shirt. Either way you will be sure to get many complements. Overall I am very much pleased with this watch. It is very comfortable, reliable, and stunning. Im sure I will buy a few more Golana watches before I finally talk myself into buying a Tag or Omega.
