Perfection!
I bought 2 of these Baleaf jogger pants - Black 01 in XL and 12-Black-cargo-jogger-2...in Large. I love them for their sweat-wicking properties. I'm in peri-menopause & sweat in a freezer, and not just a normal glistening - I sweat profusely everywhere. I needed these pants for both the cooling factor & to not show wetness. These fit that bill perfectly. Even for pants in the summer, they are just as cooling as shorts, thus they hide the sweat drops that run down my legs, protect furniture, & keep me from sticking to the car's leather seat.Regarding fit: For reference, I am 5'1", 160 lbs, ~27" inseam (short legs), and carry most of my weight around the middle section. I usually wear largeto XL (sizes 14 - 16) tops and medium to large (sizes 10 - 14) bottoms. The xl is baggy & the large fits loosely, but it still works bc of the elastic waistbands & drawstrings. I might try the medium next time. The waistbands are not the same. The Black 01 elastic waistband is perfect: ~1½" wide, sewn throught to secure in place, and doesn't roll. The cargo pants' elastic waistband is <1", not secured within that tube seam, and rolls terribly. It sucks 97%, feels cheap (lowering Baleaf's quality standard imo) & I cuss at it every time I potty & pull them up again. It's definitely a thing.Length: Again, I'm short with short legs. I always get the short length, when available, in all my pants and, sometimes, still need to hem them. Both pants do balloon at the ankle on me (the xl noticeably more than the L, which is to be expected), but definitely not enough to be bothersome or warrant the inconvenience of hemming. The cargos have a 2" knitted stretchy hem at the ankle. The other has a secured 1" elastic inside of a tube seam. They both work equally fine for me now, but I suspect that the knitted cuff will stretch out over time. The pockets - POCKETS! The pockets rock & I love the extra ones on the cargo pants. Both pants have the same hip pockets with zippers (the cargos have a piece on the zipper pull with a 1" loop on the end that makes it easier to zip/unzip). I keep my phone there & zip it up just a tad to keep it from falling out when I stoop/squat/bend yet still able to grab my phone quickly without having to unzip. That is to say that the angle, height, & depth of the hip pockets, on both pants, work for me. The zippers have that small flap on top, which protects the integrity of the teeth and keeps the metal zipper pull from rubbing or scratching surfaces you may lean against. A small detail that I appreciate. The zippers are tight on both pants - sometimes I need both hands to operate, but that could be due to getting a larger size than needed (bagginess). Tight zippers increase the security of the contents inside, but adds a touch of inconvenience. A matter of preference and YMMV + they may loosen over time. The cargo pockets do not have velcro or anything securing the flap down. I prefer this bc velcro collects lint & reduces the efficacy over time. Besides, if I need something secured, I'd just put it in the zippered pockets. The hip pockets are deep enough to overlap with the cargo pockets (hip pockets end approx 1½" above the bottom of the cargo pockets). The fabric and seams are good quality & void of loose strings.Bottom line: I definitely recommend these pants and, if conflicted between sizes, I'd suggest going with the smaller one. However, Baleaf needs to change the elastic (especially the waistband) on the cargo pants asap. If they'd just use the same waist as the Black01 pants, they'd be 5+ stars & virtually perfect. I hope this is helpful. I rarely leave such detailed reviews, but I've included all the information that I wish I'd had when I was shopping around. ✌️ ☮️

These are the BEST summer hiking pants I have ever bought!
I LOVE these pants. I bought them to hike in the summer! They are very light and I love the ventilation vents on the side of the pants for cooling on the trails. They wash well and dry over night because of the material they are made with. And no wrinkles! I am 127 lbs and 5ft 2 in tall. The size small fits me perfectly. They are loose fitting to keep me cool but not snug. I have purshased 4 of these pants so far because I love them so much. I can not hike in my shorts because of the abundance of ticks in the Northeast where I live. I just purchased my 5th pair because I am afraid they will run out and I depend on them weekly for tick protection and comfort on my 3-5 mile weekly hikes. i can not say enough about these pants other than, "I love them!".

Nice fit
These fit good and have a nice stretch. The Yale blue is pretty.

Like these pants
These pants look nice; feel good; fit well; pockets are zippered and well placed and they are light weight which is what I need. The one thing i do not like and do not understand is why the manufacturer put a white lace/shoe string at the waist when all the zippers and accents are black. I think it looks bad and I am going to replace the string in mine.

Love the fit and color of the Yale blue.
I have these in 3 colors. I’m between a medium and a large and tried both sizes. While they work in either size, the waist is pretty fitted so if you’re going for comfort, size up if in between. I’d say they are true to size and the material itself is stretchy but the waist is less so. It seems to be really wrinkle resistant too.The vent holes on the side are nice but show my super pale white skin through, to where you’d almost think it was the white lining of a pocket. The Yale blue have black zipper pulls but the dark gray pants have orange zipper pulls which I’ve seen some people comment they don’t like that.

Unflattering— Too tight in the waist and too loose in the legs
Attention ladies with a thicker waist... don’t buy these! I got these for hiking in cool weather, but I WISH I had not taken the tag off so I could return them. They’re not flattering on my body at all. I got a small— the waist is that uncomfortable, grabby material and feels like it’s digging into me. I am 5’3, my waist is 26”, 27” when I’m bloated, and 126 pounds. I’d only recommend giving these a shot in a small if you have a size 24” or 25” waist, and maybe a medium if you’re 26”+ and have thicker legs. It has a bunch of extra fabric in the front that creates an ugly, wrinkly pouch (photos show me just standing straight up and the extra fabric sticking out, + how it looks with me standing on one leg). They fall away from the butt towards the bottom, so will probably only be flattering if you have a nice big butt. Long story short, I should have learned my lesson by now, but you should just pay an extra $20+ to get comfortable joggers. These will probably end up going to Good Will.

Fit true to size, excellent quality, comfort and style
These are my new favourite joggers. Definitely not meant for Canadian winters unless you put some long underwear on first. I’ll likely buy another pair if I find them on sale again.

Highly Recommended! Great Fit, Breathable, Amazing Quality!
I purchased these pants and I am very happy with my order. I ordered the large and its super breathable, great quality. I'm 5,9 and weight 170 pounds so I went with the large. Overall very happy with this and I bought another. Love this company!

Comfortable but thin
They are great for around the house and don't look bad in public or for working out. Very thin material so any cooler temperatures they are not suitable for. I have 4 pairs now. I throw them in both washer and dryer now 3 years in and they really have held up. No shrinking of fading.

Wow!
I bought 2xl but probably could have bought 1xl. I have lost roughly 30lbs so trying to buy clothes for my progress. These are so comfortable and stylish at same time. I wish i would have got 2 pairs. These will be used for many years. Everyone should have a pair!
