A simple tool that is very easy to use, but will make what could be an awkward fairly easy.

Essential kit for tile laying.
It is OK. It has some minor damage to two of its fingers, but doesn't detract from its usefulness.I'm guessing that's why it was reduced in price.

Too hard to use.
Seem sturdy enough in terms of material quality but way too stiff in operation for me personally to find useful. It feels like an effort using these profile gauges and trying to reset them was difficult too. Not for me, maybe good for others.

Amazing!
Bought to help a very new DIY’er do a difficult job. Having decided to renew my bathroom floor and skirting boards I then realised that I had no idea how to do the strange cuts required for the door frame and around the toilet / pedestal. A friend suggested one of these and I took a lucky guess on what to order. After playing around a bit, I was soon able to work out how best to use them and it made the task much quicker and easier. Much cheaper than paying someone to come in and do it for me! Plus I’m very proud of myself.

The goods were received quickly and the quality was satisfactory
the contour finders do exactly what they say they will but like everything translating that to the correct cut takes practice. the small ruler is very handy and i will put the small tape in my jacket for on the spot measurements.Now that i've finished my floors I have no idea what if ever i will use the contour finders for again.

Contour gauge
Quite difficult to use as it’s stiff. Bought it to do a template for the bathroom tiles I was laying but ended up doing my own from paper.

Interesting products
This tool is perfect for DIY work at home. When I ordered the meter, I was about to do some floor work, and my kids decided to replace their room with this one. My daughter ordered a floor sticker for her room. She used the ruler to outline a corner of the room on the sticker and cut it to fit on the edge. Now we're trying to use it in more interesting and interesting ways.
