Did not see any new or special ideas. Does have the standard procedures to any engine performance upgrades. Good for someone who may not remember all the steps or options when building an engine.

I didn't get much from this book. It explained the BASICS of getting performance, but I found the book quite dated. Jackson Racing, really?
