I have been trying different pre-workouts for about 15 years. This is the Best overall Pre-Workout I have ever used. Top value and totally nailed the Strawberry Frozen Fruit Bar flavor! I highly recommend you try it if you have never tried it before. Tim always gives more for the money in each container and this new larger sized container is an even better deal. This might be the best overall Pre-Workout powder on the market today. I have been using exclusively for years. You get the most bang-for-the-buck with Spazmatic! More servings. The first time I tried it, I ate a whole scoop. It felt like a did a bunch of cocaine, without the crash. I work in construction and need that extra energy to get through long hours/days. This helped me do that. I love how this one doesn't make me itchy like some of the other ones. Only bad side effect is it made me want to throw up. But it was definitely worth it to me. I also don't like the taste, but I didn't buy it for that, so that doesn't matter to me.

I had previously purchased spazmatic 6 times and the old formula was great. Clean smooth energy good pump no jitters. The price gradually increased from about $30 to now $42. I was comfortable paying the extra couple of dollars each time due to the high quality ingredients and desired effects. Unfortunately, upon receiving my most recent order I realized that the main stimulant, N-phenethyl dimethlyamine citrate had been replaced by a much cheaper, nasty stimulant known as yohimbine. This has resulted in the pre workout shifting from a refined, well tuned focused clean energy/ pump to a hellish, anxious, sweat induced cracked out feeling. Safe to say that unfortunately I will not be purchasing this product again and am left unable to make a return.

Not bad taste but extremely sweet for me! Did last for about 2-3 hours and do not have a hard come down afterwards

First off the flavor is very smooth which surprised me because citrulline is hard to flavor.The pumps are top notch, especially with the norvaline. The stims are very smooth as well, clean energy with good focus. One of the best pre workouts I’ve had in a long time!

Despite a respectable list of ingredients and measurements, this has got to be one of the least impressive preworkouts (of dozens over decades) I’ve used. I’m an early AM lifter. Short (45 minute), intense, full body, bodybuilding style workouts. This pre provides absolutely NO energy surge, pumps, or focus…I mean NONE. The only thing it DOES do, is provide a long lasting mellow energy. This might be good for long distance bikers or runners, or maybe extensive crossfit workouts…but if your a bodybuilder, powerlifter, or weightlifter…forget it. This product SHOULD deliver for me, based on how similar measurements of the same ingredients have affected me in other products…but this one does nothing…absolutely nothing.

This Spazmatic stuff by Tim Muriello gives you what you pay for. Read the ingredients. High quality and high dosage. Great taste, too. I drink it to wake up my body for mountain biking about an hour before I go out on the trails. Gives you a great buzz first thing in the morning with the caffeine and vitamins, without any jitters, crash or bonk, and easy on the stomach. Been using it consistently for a few years now with absolutely no complaints. I ride faster and stronger when pumped on Spazmatic, and I’m 62 years old.👍🏻🚵🇺🇸
