Product can cause a burning sensation on some people but the product does work! I use it every day and it helps a lot with my muscle pain. Be sure to wash your hands with soap and water after applying and don't ever get it on your face or in your eyes.

No relief from pain this local medication

This product actually worked, I was surprised! I get carpal tunnel pain in my forearm. I apply it and within the hour the pain is gone. I do experience the burning sensation, even after washing it off & showering... but I guess that’s supposed to happen. Sometimes the burn is a little much, but I can say the carpal tunnel pain was better! My only real complaint is it’s not as easy to apply as it says. I have to poke the tip with a hard object to get it to come out - (you would think after several reviews saying the same thing that they would fix it)

This stuff is crap! It doesn’t do anything at all! Nothing!!! And I can’t get my money back either!

I have terrible wrist pain from too many construction projects, four surgeries, arthritis, etc. My wrist pain calms down with ibuprofen, but still keeps me up at night. Pain Bloc has eliminated ALL pain from the first application and permits me to sleep the entire night. It may or may not work for you, but it’s worth a try. I just bought a second one so that I don’t run out. Good luck.

Minor pain relief. Pills work better for me

I've been applying this to the finger joints where there's some arthritis. It's perfect for smaller joints like these as you are really able to restrict the application to the area that needs it. Creams are hard to manage, because you wind up smearing to areas that don't need it...and may heaven help you if you inadvertently touch your eyes or mouth if you still have that residue on your fingers from applying it! This pen eliminates that entirely...you just roll the little roller ball where you need it. The warmth is noticeable the first time you use it, but as with all capsaicin products, the pain killing effect grows more and more with regular usage, so just try to use it regularly for the very best relief.
