Super thrilled with my yoga wheel! The color is stunning and vibrant, the padding is dense and comfortable on my sensitive spine- more comfortable than the wheel 3x the cost used at my yoga studio. It's a great size in every posture modification I've tried to this point (under lumbar in supported bridge/under thighs in plank, under my head in a prep-pose for crow). It's so much more comfortable than a block under my spine and far more stable/ergonomic. Very happy with the selection, and the shipping time- under 18 hours from order to door.Bonus: this wheel can also be used for a toddler or cat tunnel, or obstacle course. The vibrant attractive color attracts and entertains.

I have always dreamed of playing on a yoga wheel but I could never get myself to actually spend close to 100$ for a dharma wheel or other brands. It seemed absurd! Yet Kriya did it and for almost half the price! The quality is impeccable, its sturdy yet comfortable. It has enabled me to get into poses that I would normally be too afraid to try. My favorite pose to use it with is forearm stand! A pose that I am usually way to scared to try without a wall. The wheel stays put on my mat and allows me the get deeper into my pose.If you're a yogi on a budget but still want a high quality product Kriya Yoga Wheel is perfect!

Nice wheel. It came with a few preexisting scratches which can be annoying, but this will be worn in within the next year, so i cant complain about superficial imperfections. The most disappointing part was that the wheel came with a bubble underneath the mat padding and i cannot press it out, and Google doesnt have an answer to fix it. I am not sure if its worth trading in, though, since it hasnt compromised the functionality of it. Im just happy it isnt as expensive as other wheels on the market. Buyer beware, there is no instructional manual included that could demonstrate different poses the wheel could help you with.

I hate foam rollers and wanted something that goes down my spine. I love this! I'm a former massage therapists and know how body posture is so important. Every time my back hurts I roll on it and it adjusts my spine. Instant pain relief! Also I've always wanted to do a headstand but was never able to besides leaning against a wall as a kid. I kid you not, first time attempt with the Kriya yoga wheel I DID IT! Headstand! Amazing!

This is really an awesome addition to my prop library. The first time I used it to roll across my back I knew I was hooked....it's very durable and gives me a sense of confidence with doing haedstands or just sitting cross legged with it supporting my back. I have been missing most of the 5th lumbar vertabrae since I was 6 years old and started doing yoga about 20 years back to help with back pain...this really hits the right points on my spine when rolled underneath me across the mat...be gentle with yourself but let yourself relax and you'll feel how amazing this can be. :)

My mother in law was very excited to receive this gift. She practices and teaches yoga and had been thinking of getting one herself, I just beat her to it. So a win all around - get it? ; )
