I like how quickly my iPad videos get saved on this device. I can transfer those videos to a PC, or I can transfer videos from the PC to the device and then watch the videos on the iPad. I had to download the related app to use the device, but that's was no problem.

I bought an off brand version of this a while back. Liked it but it was slow so I was considering not getting this. I got it as you can see. Paid for it myself so this is my honest review. The other one had very similar features but the menu was not as straight forward and easy. This allows you to copy files to it or from it. You can do pictures, videos, music and documents and keep them all separate. You can use their folder structure or create your own. Like I said, it's fast. It's reliable. If you already backed up some pictures then do it again, It will ask you if you want to skip, overwrite, or keep both. I like that it does that. You can take pictures from your camera directly to it if you want. As I was typing this, I copied 400 pictures and videos. around 200 GB or so.I have a Life Proof case for my 11 pro Max so I also bout an extender adapter. LifeProof cases are inconsistent. Some will allow you to plug in this device and others won't. If your iPhone cable is barely fitting it, then you should get the extender. Not expensive. I got the 2 pack and glad I did because I broke one.

It is easy to connect and works fine with my iphone

With precious photos and contacts I needed a way to backup that data locally because I prefer to have local copies in addition to copies in the cloud. This device filled that very important need. Beware there are disadvantages. It only backs up pictures and contacts and not all the other critical data. Also be aware that if you accidentally restore the contacts from both the memory stick and the cloud you will get duplicate contacts. That’s not very easy to deal with. It would be nice if the app associated with the device would allow merging duplicate contacts.

Excelent Option to transfer files from iPhone to PC, also to save big files, 4k videos when the iPhone is full, and more useful with the adapter for usb c.

Bought for parents that are not that technology savy, but learned to use it in few minutes, sandisk plug and play software is superb.

I was very excited to use this product. Unfortunately, I am on day 2 of troubleshooting an annoying issue. The device is connected, and as I am copying pictures/videos to the drive it kicks me out of the app. It says, "device not detected" even though it is. I've done a few things to fix it and I am only growing impatient with it and ready to return it.

I really enjoy to transfer Data, Photos, Video, Files and much more from my iPad, iPhone back and forth. Also with USB to my Laptops. Highly recommended.

Love this. Backed up my daughter’s photos on it. Had issues with one and received excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be purchasing another as needed for my son.

I received my item quickly and was looking forward to using it as I have almost 30,000 photos on my iPhone and I wanted to store them on this device and deleted from my iPhone to give me more available space. The concept is a great idea but the device I received was faulty. The lightening end wouldn’t fit into my iPhone as the other end of the device was sticking out (see photos attached). I tried pushing the other end back in carefully, the device started to work intermittently and then kept dropping out. I will be contacting Amazon for a full refund.
