Great foundation - practical and spot on
I believe anyone that runs a business can benefit from this book - I run my own law practice and the tips about just a little xtra time w a patient can avoid litigation, follow/ups, client retention, decor are all spot on imo... great work... keep it up!

Short, consise, very easyto read. Enjoyable. I certainly learnt alot and will be implementing a lot of the recommendations iny practice.

Clear, concise, get it done
I thought this book was well laid out and got straight to the point. Some solid advice on how to get and keep clients.

On great book for about any profession.
Although this book and is written and tailored toward the medical field, it applications can be effectively applied in most fields. In this book l, the author wants the medical professionals to realize that they are sellers even if they don't think they are and provide some great info on closing the sell and a lot more useful info.

Small but helpful.
I wasn't sure it would be very helpful when I first received this book, but there were many useful tips to running an esthetic practice. Glad I purchased this book.

Don't buy it
Don't buy this book , it's like 10 ages don't have any pictures or enough content , waste of money
