Though experienced a few days delay, I got prompt response from the seller and received my book today. As others have me mentioned, the data might be a little bit out of date, but the book as a whole covers most topics needed for the application.

The one I got had data from around 2011, so for applications for fall 2019, it was a bit outdated as things keep on changing every few years. However, the most helpful part for me was reading the Interview section. It helped me speak in a way that was much more efficient in getting the message across as well as show the interviewer my enthusiasm for the program. Previous year, I applied to a few colleges and did not even get an interview invite. This year, with help from various sources as well as a big help from this book, I not only have a few admission offers, but two of them have offered me a full scholarship. So I would say go for it. It might give you something that you'd miss out In your application otherwise.
