It was delivered on time and was real easy to install overall a great experience

I've tried them all and keep coming back to this one. Simplicity and durability. Runs on low voltage when you have charging trouble. Sturdy. Won't die from the things that usually kill electronic ignitions. Make sure to buy a high quality advance weight set and service them once a year. Make sure you use with a dwell-style coil. Later coils that require dwell control in the ignition unit will overheat and fail with this ignition.

Perfect for my 1978 Shovelhead. Wiring and timing is a snap. The Dynatek coil I used was not polarity specific so there was no guess work. Timing is as simple as starting the plate at the 12 o'clock position, turning the switch to the "On" position, placing a indicator light on the hot wire of the coil and ignition terminal (well grounded), and then turning the plate counter clockwise (advance) until the light comes on. Tighten up the plate screws... Done.

Very good product for electronic ignition upgrade on old shovelhead m/c. Improves the performance and increases the fuel mileage. Service was good and received in a timely manner.
