Great for those watching their sugar/carb/calorie intake.
I thought they stopped making this product as I have not been able to find it at any stores under the "Diet" label. I try to be careful about my sugar/carb intake. I am so glad to still have this option. I'm one of those people that like to cap off the meal with something sweet and this satisfies any dessert cravings as well as coffee cravings. I don't feel so deprived. I do add things to my hot cocoa to change things up. I like to add 1T coconut oil or a couple of drops peppermint essential oil (make sure its the kind that's safe for internal use). I will need to experiment with other food extracts just to change things up. I hope they continue to make this as I am going to order more. I took off one star just because there is certainly room for company to improve the richness of taste as well as better ingredients. I'm not a big fan of sucralose or carageenan but hopefully they may move towards more healthy alternatives like stevia/erythrytol.

A pleasant surprise
I was very pleasantly surprised by this after reading a few of the reviews, but I think it is excellent. I had used the regular Swiss Miss before, but wanted sugar free so i decided to try it. The taste is a little different from the regular mix, but I think it tastes just as good. And I have been surprised with both varieties because although it says to use 6 ounces of water, I use more like 11 ounces of liquid in a coffee mug and It does not taste thin or watery at all. But I should note that I do NOT use plain water. I use a mix of about half and half brewed decaf coffee and non-fat milk.Mixing: seems to be the common complaint with the negative reviews. Here's what I find. If you put the liquid in the cup first, pour the cocoa into it and stir it is almost impossible to mix. Even if you heat the liquid after adding the mix it is still hard. But If you heat the liquid VERY HOT before adding the cocoa it mixes with very little trouble or clumping. With my personal "recipe" I fill the cup half full of coffee and heat it very hot. Then I add the cocoa and stir. It usually mixes very well, although it does still take some stirring. Then I add the milk and heat the entire cup in the microwave again and stir lightly. Works fine for me. I should add that I add about half a packet of sweetener because of the bitterness of the coffee.I took off 1 star because of the amount of effort to mix it, and I think there are things that could be added to make it dissolve easier.

Delish - AND the lowest carb
"No sugar added" or "Diet"?Honest, they both taste great and will satisfy your craving for something sweet. I go with the Diet because the carbs are lesser - only 4 per envelope as opposed to 10 per in the NSA.A true cocoa junkie, I add a little Splenda and half and half and it's very satisfying. Very glad to buy in bulk to cap the price and avoid multiple supermarket purchases.By the way, many reviews of this product complain about the powder clumping or not dissolving properly... seems trite but read the directions- you pour the hot water OVER the powder. Sprinkling the powder into hot water doesn't work well, since it floats and clumps.(If you're not a low carber or diabetic, and wonder why I drink Diet AND use the half and half, the quick explanation is that I can eat all the fat in the world and not gain weight, but let me eat a few carbs and I'll start to pack it on. Carbs make your body create more insulin. Fat doesn't. One of insulin's jobs is to store excess calories so if you have a lot of it you get very efficient at storing and get fat. Hence, don't eat a lot of carb, don't provoke insulin production, don't pack on weight. Not everyone is so touchy with carbs, but a lot of us are, and type 2 diabetic people definitely are.)

Does not dissolve well....but I found a work around.
The taste is pretty good for sugar free. Only downside is that little clumps of the mix would refuse to dissolve, no matter how hot the water or how long I stirred. This made drinking unpleasant because the concentrated artificial sweeteners in the clumps tasted bad and the rest of the drink tasted bland by comparison. I would try and smash the clumps against the side of the cup w/ the spoon and even that didn't work too well. I finally tried sifting the stuff through a fine kitchen strainer.....and that did the trick. It was pretty easy to do and no more clumping issues. Also, the taste is a little weak if you use too big a coffee mug, stick w/ a modest sized cup and it tastes much better.

Great for Diabetics
Love this Hot Chocolate. It is the only one on the market that I can have since I have Type 2 Diabetes. I usually have it for lunch, so I don't worry about the calories. I add both the powdered coffee mate and the liquid. I mix the the hot chocolate mix with the powder coffee mate and then pour in enough coffee mate liquid to mix it all in. That makes it easier when I add the hot water and it mixes in well. The only thing I don't like it the price. I usually get it Walmart for half of what I have to pay when I order it here. My Walmart quit carrying it, unfortunately!

Decent product, great value
Is it the best hot cocoa mix in the world? Of course not. It's basically a diet version. So I give this five stars not because it's a great product, but because it's a good product -- with only 25 freaking calories! For any chcolate-lover trying to watch calories, carbs, sugar, fat, etc - this is a must-have product. You get a hot, sweet, decent-tasting blast of chocolate for only 25 calories. The value on amazon.com is fantastic. Less than $2/box with Prime shipping. Can't beat it.

Swiss Miss - Love Your Tiny Little Calories
I love Swiss Miss on a cold night but am a constant calorie watcher so it was a rare treat but I was BEYOND happy to receive these luscious little packets of heaven allowing me the pleasure to sip!! Yes only 25 calories. Now I'm not going to say it tastes as fabulously indulgent as the 100 calorie mixes but this is really has a very nice chocolatey flavor that really makes me feel I've had a some dessert. With hot water, this product mixes easily and hope to order more soon. Thank you Swiss Miss!
