Excellent size for snack sticks on STX 3000
Bought these to make snack sticks w my STX 3000 Turbo meat grinder, the diameters appear about correct, I measured mine as 11. 18, and 30 mm. They fit snugly without leakage in the plastic holder that came with my unit. They are stainless and appear well enough made, I have only used the small one, once, to make snack sticks. The 13 mm casings went on easily and the 5 1/2" length means you can put a lot of casings on them. Highly recommend to anyone with STX 3000 grinder, better than plastic, longer tube and correct diameter for snack sticks. Don't know what the sausage ring is for? Didn't fit on STX 3000.

heavy construction, fits great
Great item. Fits my MEAT beef jerky gun as well as my Kitchen aid meat grinder. Heavy metal, well worth the price.

Great tool for summer sausage & snack sticks
Fit my grinder perfectly, I used the larger tube for making venison summer sausage, definitely recommend

These tubes were very dirty inside. Work as intended.

Cheaply made
Cheaply made. The sausage stuffer ring did not fit my kitchenaid grinder out of the box. I had to drill out the center hole to fit the end of the worm gear. It worked after the modification.
