Ne Zha 4K UHD [Blu-ray]

Solid story, beautiful animation. This is a new classic.

I really enjoyed this film. I cannot say enough about it. It rivals story-wise anything Pixar has done. The animation is good, but not great. But this is about the story and it delivers.

Let me begin by stating this disc has a very good English Dolby Atmos soundtrack and superb picture quality enhanced with Dolby Vision (the included bluray also has the Atmos soundtrack). The story is more involved than one might think (and a little confusing), but a lot of fun. It's kind of a combination of Kubo and Kung Fu Panda. I talked my 13 year-old grandson into watching it with me and he loved it. And apparently there's a sequel coming. A minor complaint would be they could have chosen different actors for some of the voice-overs. Definitely worth watching more than once.

It looks like Disney's Zootopia franchise,but you can tell it's a different kind of computer animated movie,following in the steps of Pixar's Toy Story franchise,and Illumination,and Universal Pictures Super Mario Bros.(2023),the characters,and world building make it a must see,this is a far East movie,taking elements from books like journey to the west,can't wait for the sequel.This movie does have subtitles,and dubbed versions.

A Clear BluRay version of the show. No complaints.

We read good reviews for the new movie release & were all ready to go see in the theater when we realized there had been a previous film. Bought this low cost on Amazon & it brought us up to date perfectly
