I have tried other facial hair bleaches, and nothing was quite as good and simple to use as this one. Sure, mixing is a bit annoying, since you're mixing the cream with powder on a small piece of plastic (and it pretty much goes everywhere), but you can mix it anywhere, and it's not hard to get the hang of it and to get used to that. It's such a minor thing. I use this on my eyebrows, and it's very good. I have very sensitive skin and hair and am very careful not to mess around with bleach, and this is perfect for me. You would probably need to learn with time what the perfect application time is for you, but always opt for less (as in: go with what they say in the little pamphlet, not a lot more) because the results could be harsh — bleach is still bleach, aloe or no aloe. I wrote "and then some" because I *sometimes*, in a pinch, use it for root coverup. I don't use too much, and I use the same amount of time as with my eyebrows, and it works perfectly! Isn't that neat? Highly recommended.

Just tried out the product last night and don't be discouraged when it doesn't work the first try. Keep in mind, I have black, Asian hair so when I first applied it on and left it on for about 15 minutes, there was no change in colour. So I tried it again the second time, I then started noticing how it started going light brown (which is what I wanted). I think it's because black, Asian hair is so dark to begin with, it needs time for the cream to fully stain the hair which is why it worked the second time. I hope this helps anyone who is planning to buy something like this and that it definitely works, with patience!

I have very coarse? thick eyebrow hair (asian - Korean tbh) and I've been having a hard time finding something to lighten my arm hair and eyebrows. My experience - (ARMS): I layered a small bit on both arms, left it for 13 minutes, and washed it off. The hair isn't as "dark' as before but you can still definitely tell that it's there. It may need more than a small layer to show any results. (EYEBROWS) Now, this was the reason why I bought it. I slathered a good amount on both eyebrows and left it for 12 minutes. And lo and behold, light! It DOES NOT BECOME BLONDE. However, there are still some hairs that did get 'bleached' - so the overall look is a light brown eyebrows. However, I think 12 minutes was just a bit too long. Without makeup, my eyebrows look kind of sparse because some of the hair was bleached. But then again, because I use eyebrow pencil to lengthen my brows, it works out in the end because it's kind of colored in. Overall, 4 stars because it's a good product but..its kind of hard trying to figure out when to remove the dye.

I'm super pale with super dark hair so I've got cave-man-like arms, or the super-fuzzy looking guy arms that I've just sort of learned to deal with. Was in a play though and even my director said he could see my fuzzy man-arms from the audience so I figured enough was enough and bought a couple hair bleaches to test them out. This actually worked! I mean obvs you can still see hair on my arms like a normal human being but nowhere near cave-man level anymore. It itchy-burned I guess? But the process only lasts like ten minutes (I went to about 12-15 because I was concerned about my cave-man arms) so that was fine, it was more than bearable. Had to smooth it with the little spatula from time to time as it bubbled up for some reason? Some chemical reaction? The directions also say to do one arm at a time and I definitely recommend--having only one arm and not covering my house in bleach was hard enough much less two. I didn't do a test patch and also just eyeballed the mixture--something like one part power one part cream and it worked! I've got hairy-blonde arms now--totally not visible from great distances anymore.

I've used this product for a few years now. But had to order it this time because I didn't see it in the store where I usually get it. I'm not about to use a razor on my face so I use this. Just make sure you follow the directions. Otherwise your outcome isn't going to be as good. This package I just bought had both the little cup for mixing a larger amount and the little plastic card for mixing smaller amounts. The only complaint I have is that once I get down to the very last it doesn't seem to work as well. I don't use it very fast so it might just be mine gets a little old. But this is my go to.

As a middle aged woman, I have a few dark, course facial hairs that have spring up. I do not want to shave or pluck those above my lip. This product worked amazingly to lighten and soften those few darker hairs. I had to leave the product on for the maximum time to get it light enough. I do not have sensitive skin to any kind of products like this, and this one did not irritate me either. Met my expectation!

I usually use Sally Hansen bleach but kept forgetting to buy it at the store, but it wasn't available for 1 box purchase on Amazon so I figured I would give Jolene a shot. I was expecting at least the same results that I get with Sally Hansen, but this actually did nothing to lighten my hair whatsoever, and I left it on for longer than 10 minutes. Not only that, but my skin felt very irritated after, which doesn't ever happen when I usually bleach, and I don't have sensitive skin either. I would not recommend this product at all. It does absolutely nothing and is a waste of money.

I really liked the product. Can be used multiple times and it is effective. Came in handy in Covid times :) please do a patch test first before applying it anywhere to know if it is good for your skin.
