I don't know why people say this unit is rubbish, true, it can't do postcode searches, but you can always look that up in your phone to get the road and town, can't you?Other than that, this is a big unit.. not far off the size of a fire tablet, so remember that when you're fitting it.... I found it too big for the suction mount assembly, hiding too much of the windscreen. Hey ho, two magnetic vent holders later for centre console, job done. Looks very good as well fitted like that.Brilliant display, lots of functions, and very customised menus. You can even take it out of the car to read ebooks and watch MP4 movies.. good for when you're on an overnight stay or something.Mine came with 2 chargers (?) Pc cable, suction mount and a chinglish manual....but it's easy to work out anyway.All in all, it's a good, cheap unit that isnt flimsy....I like it.UPDATE: I've found the postcode search! Manual isn't clear on it, bit when you're in route planning, select "town" and it gives you the opportunity to input postcode instead. So I like it more now!It's very accurate around where I live, so again, it's a good, cheap unit, perfect if you've got the space to fit it.....honestly, it's just under the size of a double din stereo unit.

It’s amazing and easy to use

The product itself is nice and easy to navigate through the menus, but no access to the internet either wired or wireless, no support from the website for future updates either for the system, firm wear or maps which is dissapointing, maps do not show upto date road close, diversions, accidents and so on.Nice product on design and menu layout but not much use when driving busses or lorries on roads in the Uk

Product would not switch on after 5 days so I returned it for a refund

The ordered and promptly received sat nav is proving very useful in my job as an hgv driver, it's easy to use, clear to follow and just the right size as far as I'm concerned. I still use a map and some common sense, but the sat nav makes a great guide and my working life much easier.

Used this sat nav for the first time today, it's a nice size and all however, while using it there was a lag in the speech, it was talking then it just cut out and don't give any direction for a bit. Not sure what caused it but I hope it was a one off I'll be using it again tomorrow so hopefully it's not the same problem.

So i bought this sat nav for a birthday present & because it didn't come packaged the person saw it as he opened the door.... Also the fact that i could just open it isn't very good. I pay £44.99 for something i expect it to be packaged properly so that you can't bloody see what it is or even just bloody open it. Not happy
