This arrived with only external ties so you cannot tie it up. Returned and refunded. When then ordered the same item direct from MAR website. When that arrived it was obvious pack had already need opened. On inspection it seems we had been sent the same faulty item. Not impressed

I haven’t worn this yet, I need it for my my Black Belt grading in Hapkido in a few months. Currently we wear a black Dobok (gi) in the Gup (Kup) grades. The one I have is the same brand, style & size ... it’s a good fit medium weight Dobok and would recommend it.

It is very difficult to find quality brand new singles of Karate suits to buy.Everyone wants to sell you the whole suit!This Jacket was a great find for me.My wife wears size 4 bottoms and a size 5 top.I needed to get her a light weight, quality jacket, smart enough to wear for her grading. This was ideal, a generous cut with plenty of shoulder room.I wouldn't wear it, it's too thin for me, but for a beginner it does a good job.I hear you say - "Why not buy the whole suit for the same price?"Well, why buy bottoms for a suit that she would never wear?Good Job MAR, good price for a good fit for the modern Karateka!

Terrible! Not cotton as decribed, refund was a pain to process and left out of pocket for the returned postage.

The Jackets are great but not as described. They are advertised as 100% cotton, however, when I ordered two only one of them was 100% cotton, the other was a poly cotton blend. As I have sensitive skin and can only wear natural materials so this is a problem and it does matter as I ordered it specifically because they were supposed to be 100% cotton. Other reviews confirm that is is not the first time this has occurred.

OKay - my Son doesn't do martial arts, but we did use this as paert of a Luke Skywalker outfir for a fancy dress party - and it was perfect. I dint know what its like for Karate, but its brilliant if you want to dress up as the last Jedi.

Not given it a full run out yet, but seems OK. Delivered in good time. Appears robust but need to wear it in properly to see how it fits.

Delivery was well within the time frame. I ordered two identical jackets but got one with 100% cotton and the other a mix of cotton and polyester. Not really a problem. Had already one purchased earlier this year and like wearing them for training. Very good quality as well.
