i thought it vibrated when i bought it but it doesn't but that's just a mistake on my part otherwise works well for relieving knots

I call it the super thumb, because it never gets tired of delivering deep massage! This has been an excellent tool and I’ve used it to bring much relief anywhere that’s easy to reach. I even use it a little bit while driving. For hard to reach spots, get a theracane and/or lacrosse ball. If you don’t know how to use them, get the trigger point therapy workbook by Claire Davies. It’s a self help book, and helped me immeasurabley! Studied the book and did the work and cured my migraines and lower back pain completely for under $60 and some time. Total cost.

Saves the thumb and allows more pressure to be applied if needed to get those deep-down trigger points. Especially if its your wife trying to cut thru muscle to get to the trigger point. Def help for her and for you allowing her to push longer while penetrating deeper without hurting her fingers or bruising you.

Nice little supplementary massage tool. This tool is designed and sized to focus on one specific area at a time, and it does it well.

I don't find it comfortable but it does lend supportfor pressure points so your not tiring your thumb

I couldn't take my hands off this thing the night I got it! It feels great, it molds to your hand! This one is completely smooth, no edges or seams that could scratch you and made of durable hard plastic. It'll be especially useful for self massage of the neck and upper shoulders. With this tool it's easier to apply the pressure in those areas. You can use the strength of the whole hand when gripping it, instead of pushing only with the thumb. Also looking forward to using this in therapy sessions.

This has been a very helpful tool for unlocking pinched nerves in the neck and shoulder. Much more effective than just using your fingers or a tennis ball to press on tight muscles. Highly recommended.
