Love the dim feature, color change, and timer. Same problem with all touch lamps; I need a grove to know what button does what. Is it that hard to add some braille-ish type finger groves to let you know what you are pressing. My husband complains constantly. Buuuuut, the middle area controls the on off function; good idea..

This is a wonderful light! I'm using near my stove that has a black cook top. There isn't an electrical plug or space near the stove for a regular lamp so I purchased this one to provide a bit more light when I'm cooking. The light isn't bright enough where it will hurt my eyes. It throws just enough light to counter act the "black hole" effect that the cook top gives. The variety of settings on the remote is amazing! It has four brightness settings for each color including white. There are four different settings for "fade", etc. that work for each color, as well. I haven't used it enough to have to recharge the battery. It does not come with an plug to recharge in an electrical socket. I'm assuming it can be recharged using a USB port on a computer. I highly recommend this lamp!

I'm using this as a bedside night night. It seems to work fine. My only issue was the directions were in such tiny print that I had a hard time figuring out how to operate it at first. I'm sadly not very tech savvy and some of the features regarded long and short presses and I kept messing it up. I really just wanted it for the white light, didn't really try the other color light features.

broken after a year the plug just got wore out. i was going to buy another just because we are used to these lamps. but going for an updated version. very good lamp otherwise.
