Perfect for Garmin Dash Cam 47
This is a very strong suction cup. The model 47 wasn't listed as a compatible device, but it works great. There are two size ball fittings, each has two different length stems. The smaller one fits inside the actual thread space, which is a little confusing at first. The longer stem ball is more snug on the dash cam, the shorter stem ball is more loose, so I didn't use that one.There is a round piece of adhesive that you can use in conjunction with the suction cup, but I didn't need it. It's very snug without it, but overtime with the weather & sunlight, maybe I will use it. Overall, for the price, I highly recommend. The one major flaw with the magnet mount that comes with the dash cam is it's permanent, you cannot remove it, or transfer it to a different car. That makes this suction mount much more practical, as it can be removed much easier.

Use with Garmin Mini 2 dash cam. Came with permanent mounts. This allows me to reposition or transfer to other vehicles

Large and clunky
The part that goes into the dash cam is so loose that any bump you hit the cam will go lopsided. It's so big and clunky.

Good product with one issue
The suction is holding up great even in the heat on my front windshield. Connected to my Garmin dash Cam perfectly but the issue that I'm having is the ball and socket is loose. It's not terribly loose but after hitting a big bump the camera does move out of position. Wish it fit a little tighter.

Excellent 3rd party Dash Cam holder for the Garmin Dash Cams
I purchased this because the Amazon was out of stock of the Garmin Branded Dash Cam Holders. This was also cheaper and I am very impressed with the product. If you are getting a Garmin Dash Cam and you want a holder that has a suction cup so you can use dashcam in different vehicles this is the one to get.
